The two ladys who work here have always been friendly and we have used Froelich a few times. Regrettably, a few mistakes were made on a plaque that was needed the next day. They were unable to do a rush replacement and offered to do a refund. When I returned the plaque, I was treated rudely and an envelope with my money in it was thrown on the counter. No apology. Maybe it was just a bad day for them — but there is no excuse fot this type of behavior and sadly they have lost my business.
Beware — they do not accept credit cards.

Those two ladies are just God sent. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgable. The price is so reasonable. Service is so efficient. I spent two hours shopping for the electric meter address plaque for City of Pasadena requirement. Two other stores did not have any clue of what is needed. These two ladies handed me the finished product 5 min after i stepped into the store. Thank you sooooooo much! You are the best!

I am so glad I read the other Unilocal reviews and went to this place. This is a very reasonable and professional place. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and try to go out of the way to make sure you get just what you want. I couldn’t be happier with the engraving and it was even done right while I waited!

Jack’s Trophies have got me out of so many jams… I have put in orders on a wednesday (last minute) and they had it done by friday for my tournament.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I got two acrylic awards, it was engraved beautifully and they were able to create the logo I designed. This will be my go to place for all things trophies and awards. The turnaround was great too, after showing me the layout and making sure everything was spelled correctly, I got the awards in two days!
