Loved it! It was hard to find as a previous Unilocaler suggested. They really need to improve their signage. The tour was interesting and responsible. We not only got to see «zoo» animals, we learned of their story and how they became residents of the zoo. Our guide was very nice and informative however she seemed to speak WAY too fast as everyone in the group kept asking each other, «What did she say?» And the pace was fast. I would have like to see and/​or hear about the Eagles, but we moved right past it. I guess that’s tours for ya! At any rate, it was great. The information was good for us adults, but the little ones could care less. They wanted to see the animals!
The price is $ 10 pp. One tour only at 3pm on Sat. and Sun. It gets hot there, (especially at that time) so come prepared with light clothes and hats.
I would definitely go back and would definitely recommend it!

Fun place to visit with the family. Small and intimate zoo of rescued animals. Private tours available every Saturday at 3pm. Many of the animals appear on TV and visit schools.
