Palomar Homes

Palomar homes built my wife and I a great home, and did it on the budget they promised. We knew what we wanted and how we wanted it done, but we needed someone we could trust to do the work, and we couldn’t afford to go over budget. We spoke with people we knew who had used Palomar in the past, and all were very complimentary.
Palomar was able to tell us what their costs would be, and what ours would be for things such as permits, or excavation, etc, which we could have had done by someone else if we wanted, or have them do. We had them do everything, and they did a great job.
I walked through the house every night, and watched and talked with their various contractors during the day. I liked the people, and they were good. I looked at the materials they used inside and out, and the materials were good. The job superintendent, Troy was great. He promised to make everything right when a small glitch arose, (as happens in all construction), and he did. Randall, the owner operator was great. He was honest and forthright. Everything went smoothly, and I say that as someone who sweats the details.
I would use Palomar again, and have already recommended them to friends. They know their business.
