I love this place! Prices are very fair and I’ve never had any complaints. They’ve always done a great on my mani/pedi’s

Awful. Cut my sister in law multiple times and took forever. We ended up leaving mid way and she still charged us full price. Actually the worst pedicure experience we’ve ever had.

I keep trying to like it here! First visit was horrible, second not too bad. I tried 4 times in total. Manicure and pedicure weren’t horrible, but very difficult to communicate. Here’s what really bugs me. The OWNER sits on the phone speaking loudly and its very distracting. Very little concern for the client’s. Its always hot and stuffy, they never put on air and keep front door wide open. Andover street is VERY noisy. Too bad, cause it’s a convenient location and the girls who work there are wonderful!

Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! My friend and I got a groupon for this place and had a terrible experience. The place is filthy– as in tumbling dustballs and dirty food dishes. The groupon they sold was for a manicure and paraffin wax but when u get there, they tell you that the paraffin will ruin your manicure(because they will only do it AFTER the manicure). They generously offer to charge you more money to do gels. The WORST part is that they re-use the paraffin! There is a small container of paraffin full of dust, debris, and other people’s skin slough! Gross!

Just figured out how to upload a pic from my phone… just look at the mess the so called owner did to my nails… AWEFUL… you cant even make that up!!! when I went to another salon to fix it, they said the nail polish wasnt dry before she put on the gel coat on so thats why it all became a clumpy wet mess :/what a waste of $$$! I had a good experience at this spa. The young lady who did my manicure and pedicure was very polite and professional. The place was clean and parking was easy for me. Making an appointment was simple and didn’t require a long wait. I’d recommend giving them a shot!

My experience was HORRIBLE. I bought a groupon for a friend and I before we were supposed to go out for my birthday. We ended up being there for 3 hours! The owner kept telling me to do shellac even though I told her I didn’t want shellac but ended up using shellac top coat with regular polish underneath(which I wasnt’t aware would make them crack and chip off within 24 hours). The girl who did my manicure before they were painted was in high school and did not cut my cuticles ATALL! and it took over a half hour for her to cut my cuticles and file my nails! The pedicure was very good, no complaints there. I returned to inform the owner of my manicure and describing her as rude is an understatement. She said she would only paint them not do the manicure or design. She also told me that it was my fault that my nails chipped and accused me of washing my hands too much. She told me that if I wanted them re-painted that I would have to do it on HERTIME. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I don’t ever plan on returning. EVER.

Like a lot of the reviews here I bought a groupon. I wish I had read this first! I bought a groupon for myself and a friend. I called and made an appoint for the same day. We show up and they made us pay ahead of time. Refused to seat us until they saw the groupon. The color selection was horrible and very limited. The room was so cold, later the owner told us that the landlord was a jerk and refused to clean the oil burner so she wouldn’t use his heat! Pay to clean it yourself then rather then getting a tiny space heater which didn’t help. The pedicure was fine even tho the massage chair violated us. An hour later we get up to get our manicures. My cuticles were cut so bad I was bleeding and a day later my fingers are sore. We had to wait over 20 minutes for them to approach us to do the paraffin dip. The entire time the owner talked about death or upgrading to a shellac with a french tip. It was the worst mani/pedi I have ever gotten in my life. Less than 24 hours later my nails are chip and I have a cold. DONOTGOHERE!!!

Like a lot of others who went here with a Groupon, I had a terrible experience. The owner was incredibly nasty to me and refused to start my pedicure until I found the actual Groupon, even though I showed her e-mail proof of having purchased one. They spoke to us in angry tones and showed little respect for us, as paying customers. Then the Shellac manicure chipped a few days later. Do not recommend.

I bought a Groupon. I went. It was.. .awkward. It’s very hard to get into their parking lot at the turn of 114 in Peabody. The owner wanted to be very sure I knew that I couldn’t use my 3 mani-pedi deal past the expiration. Ok. le sigh. I called late, and only had time to use one, which means I basically paid regular price. Not so bad. The pedicure was fine. The massage chair nearly violated me. BEWARE the default setting, which involves a «buttock» massage that felt more like someone was trying to stick a fencepost up my bum. Sorry pedicure lady. I wiggled quite a bit until I could poke at the buttons long enough to figure out how to turn that off, holy crapola. The gel manicure was fine, and is lasting a long time. It was good enough, but unlikely I’ll be back because.. . there are places much easier to get to, and the service atmosphere was not remarkable.

Huge disappointment. Bought a groupon, called twice weeks apart and was told all booked up. Woman was very rude. Too many good options around to be treated that way. GOELSEWHERE!

I also tried to use a Groupon here. Was told they have no appointments until after Groupon expired but I could make an appointment for the next week and get what I paid for the Groupon and pay for the rest. No thanks. It is businesses like this that give Groupon a bad name. She just kept asking if I wanted an appointment for the week after the Groupon expired when I complained.

Again, came here with a groupon. The salon pedicure was damn good. Very relaxing and a great job done. They have a good selection of OPI colors and they just worked on my toes for almost an entire hour! It even came with a salt scrub, a leg mask, and something else. I was happy he didn’t rush at all. Shellac manicures are dry manicures, which I prefer. They didn’t do it dry the whole way, which I found to be weird. The guy also shaped my nails to be square, which I don’t like. I wish he had asked me because I would have told him to keep them round. I’ll know to speak up next time. I thought manicurists always asked, but I didn’t realize what had happened until after. I also like that they use real CND colors, none of that knock off crap. The color is so bright&shiny and still awesome over a week later. Overall, good experience. I like it.
