Manana Skatepark

Pretty legit skatepark, close to Lcc pearl city so insanely convenient for college students. small let down is no park lights for days you want to skate overtime

I was surprised to see that there was no entry for this park listed in Unilocal so I figured I would write one.
Im literally sitting in the parking lot and as i think back on it, I used to come here alot back in my high school days but I only come around now because my husband is a «mañana rat». Maybe because it was more appealing to me back then.
This skate park is part of a community park.
It has its pros and cons but considering it’s in a busy city, it’s decent to come to any day of the week.
The pros:
People of all ages can come here to ride bikes, skateboard, and rollerblade among other activities. There is a good amount of parking stalls (even handicapped ones). There are bathrooms and a water fountain. It’s also near the basketball courts and the baseball field. The spacious fields of grass in between are great for football, spending time with your dog, or just going for a walk. The Manapua man will show up once in a while to provide the nom noms :)
The cons:
DIRTY and full of graffiti. Did I forget to mention that the bathrooms are always closed? I wouldn’t drink from the water fountain but I see other people do.
But that’s just me. I’m neutral. Neither a low or high rating.
