Lorelei is extremely helpful! Customer service is incredible here. I recommend this complex to anyone. I lived here for 2 years, the staff is friendly and always ready to help out with whatever need necessary!

Worst apartments ever! The office people are so rude and disrespectful and they don’t care about anything. Having your car locked in the garage because the garage door won’t open isn’t an emergency so they wouldn’t send anyone out until it was convention for them. (5 hours later) They’re always trying to raise prices without your knowledge. Customer service is obviously not a priority for them. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Have lived here for over a year. I must first say that this is my first apartment. So, I don’t know if these things are common, b/​c I have nothing to compare it to.
Positives: New manager is nice and helpful, when he is there and available. The apartment’s location is excellent. The inside of each apartment is attractive with granite and stainless.
Negatives: Don’t be fooled by a «gated community». It’s gated, but at least once a month the gate is broke and wide open. It doesn’t really matter, though, because so many people piggy back on others or enter through the exit when someone leaves. Which brings me to the real point, thefts. I had a neighbor that was broken into in the middle of the day. We occasionally get notices about tires/​rims being stolen, things in autos, etc. When you do have a problem, don’t call the Pearland police. By the time they arrive, the problem has usually worked itself out and the police showing up just amplifies the problem next time. We were told to call the front desk and leave a message for the overnight security. I’m not sure they ever respond. The tenants seem to have gotten worst. I’ve never seen people so inconsiderate. I have witnessed dogs doing their business in the breezeways, people throwing things, like eggs and cigarette buts, from the upper floors. Noise. The walls are pretty thin. I can hear the neighbors alarm clock go off every morning. I hear when people vacuum. I think my side neighbor just got caught cheating on his spouse… yes, heard that too. Speaking of neighbors, my neighbor tends to practice basketball around midnight… It sounds like I am court side at a Rockets game! The pool has become so over populated with people inviting whoever they want that the property had to issue wristbands that now must be worn at the pool. The complex also instituted a trash pickup program, because people were having trouble getting their trash in the dumpsters. You would drive by the trash and see bags everywhere. The trash pickup program sounds like a good idea… just drop your trash in a can by your door and someone comes by to pick it up. Two problems with that.1) the issued cans are ugly and not attractive in the breezeway and 2) they don’t always pick up on their scheduled days. This leaves trash in the breezeway for an excessive number of days in the heat… use your imagination. I have also seen dogs knock them over and the dog owner not even bother with picking it up. I think the apartment complex has noticed this as a problem, because they have issued an email stating that new, larger, more attractive bins would be issued. As of this review, 4 weeks have passed and no new bins… Stay tuned, as I will occasionally update things as the complex improves/​gets worst.
