I had a very good experience, — as good as can be when you have an accident. My car was towed to AutoNation Toyota without me. I was charing a luncheon and caught up with my car later that day. When I arrived several hours later i spoke with David who took my information and then helped me to arrange to get a rental. I needed to wait a while for Enterprise to come and get me. Toyota arranged for my car to be sent to where they repaired it. The adjuster called several days later to inform me of my repairs. They were extensive and my insurance company almost totaled my car out. I needed to go to my car a few days later to pick up my Sun Pass. I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to bring me my Sun Pass but everyone was very nice. As I had a rental and knew the repairs would take some time I did not call about when my car would be ready. I was just about to call 21⁄2 weeks later about when my car would be finished when i go the call to come pick up my car. I had a great experience. Everyone was nice and very polite. My car looks like new. I must mention that i have my car serviced only at Toyota. My car is seven years old. I am usually very pleased with the service I get.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Yes the manager Graham did assist at one point but i still had problems after and these people never call you back with an update. i was told the car would be ready in 4 – 5 days but ITTOOK21DAYS. The insurance was partially to blame but auto nation was also at fault and REFUSED to admit it. On top of the bad service, specifically from Spencer, I am not happy with how my bumper looks. the bumper isn’t flat and the paint is chipping in the crease and I’ve had the car for a week. also the left side of my trunk was raised when i dropped the car off. they fixed that but now the right side is slightly elevated. My Experience: I dropped my car off on 3⁄23 with a 4 – 5 day fix time. on the 5th day I called to find out that my car hadn’t been touched because they were waiting for a supplement from the insurance. When I inquired about why no one called sooner I was told that i was called on the 22nd. The call on the 22nd, the day before I dropped of my car, was to ask for the VIN#. It wasn’t possible for them to know about a needed supplement. when i explained that i got a response along the lines of «im telling you what you need to do at this point». Spencer doesn’t return calls. After 2 weeks I called and was told that«Spencer said he no longer is working on your car and he stepped out». The car was ready on the 5th. i called every day to find out if the supplement was received and if someone did answer they couldn’t help me and promised a call back. i had to miss work to go there physically to get an update and they finally released the car. ASUNHAPPYAS I AMWITHHOWMYCARLOOKS I CANNOTTAKEITBACKBECAUSE I WOULDHAVETOPAYFOR A RENTALOUTOFPOCKET. I’m taking it up with the BBB at this point.
