Really wanted to like this place and support a small business. Went in and had a full shopping cart, all I was missing was a piñata. The store was completely empty and there were 4 employees. I asked a young lady for help looking for a Skylander piñata and her response was «If you don’t see it, we don’t have it». In a world where online business is acquiring consumers, a business’ competitive advantage is customer service, this place lacks that! What ever happened to «let me help you find it, or maybe I can check the back». I left my entire shopping cart (I even put every item back on the rack, I am a nice customer). I then headed back to Party City where a nice young man walked with me and helped me find what I was looking for; needless to say I made my entire purchase there. To add, the prices at Party City were better.

If you happen to be looking for typical then this is the place for you. I couldn’t even get a basic birthday hat here without it being a popular kiddie item. Lots of stuff from China and staff doesn’t understand what you’re looking for. Meh, for the creative folks outs there go somewhere else.
I have to say store was neat and tidy tho.
