Bruegger’s Bagels

Basically empty on weekday at lunch time. I only went here to try to use up a gift card I had. Floor was sticky, cashier grouchy, bagel sandwich ok. Wont be back

This location of Bruegger’s is pretty run down. My bagel was good, service was good. They have a small outdoor seating area. They had several selections of iced flavored coffees which is a huge plus in my book.

Rounding up my 3.5 — only bagel place in Penfield, ya dig.
I swung in on my way to a day at the park. I needed iced coffee and a bagel to keep me energized all day long.
I tried their sundried tomato bagel — it’s a little thinner than those of the local bagel shops, but prices seem on par with others in town. Regardless, they’re tasty — not too doughy, and they toast them golden brown just how I like ‘em. Side note: When did it become a thing to only smear cream cheese on one side and plop the other half on top? Irritating and not handy on the go! Well no worries here, order it to-​go and both sides are cream cheese’d. I also got a bagel sandwich for later — Leonardo da veggie. Just enough filling so it doesn’t come falling out the sides. It also had a thin layer of cream cheese which balanced well with the roasted reds, onions, lettuce, toms, and muenster cheese. It comes on a parm bagel, but you can get whatever one you want. Next time I’d ask for the bagel to be toasted.
Iced coffee was strong and the medium is bigger than I expected (20oz).
This shop is clean, and convenient for the Penfield folks in Panorama Plaza. There’s also a ton of seating if you want to enjoy your meal in house. I’ll go back for a breakfast or lunch meeting if I’m in the area.

Recent of many trips to this Bruggers. Ended poorly because of customer service. Knowing how to work the register is one of the keys to good customer service. At times this place is very inconsistant. I understand this place can get busy in the am but come on man.

So sorry the chimi bagel is gone, had to try the new turkey with a twist. The mixture of maple cream cheese, siracha mustard, pickled onions etc seemed like a pile of flavor. Unfortunately it was blandish, I also erred with ordering a bagel instead of a softwich… softwich all the time.
