Very nice — it’s what I’ve come to expect with the Country Inn and Suites. A handful of food choices nearby. The room you are very clean and very comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when business brings me back to Pensacola.

Extremely nice hotel, very welcoming! Staff was nice and the breakfast was better than I had expected. Room was clean, comfy bed, nice desk to setup my computer and I really liked the granite in the shower. Only negative, the water pressure in the shower was just a little too high. Kind of hurt on sensitive areas. I would definitely recommend staying here, good rates and great location!

Very nice hotel. Except no running hot water. Second time this has happened here. Pretty sad. UPDATE: I hold a masters degree in science. I think I know how to turn the hot water on in a shower.

Stayed here for a week when I was in Pensacola. The ladies at the front desk were super nice, the room itself was one of the best I’ve seen. A nice comfy bed, a 42 inch tv, and nice bathroom. Everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub were very nice too, they also have free wifi and a computer room to boot. The free breakfast was also the nicest I have seen. They had bacon, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bagels, etc. the list goes on and on. This is by far the nicest hotel in Pensacola and it’s in a nice quiet safe area too, I would defiantly come back.

Really comfortable hotel. Great front desk personnel — friendly and helpful. Soft bed and pillows. Spacious room with the Studio king and the price is great. Will definitely come here again. Love the lobby staircase and the soothing atmosphere. Very good night’s sleep. Excellent breakfast buffet with real plates and flatware instead of paper. I have a sensitivity to chemicals that causes asthma attack and had no problem here. Loved it!

I totally loved my stay here! The staff was super nice even planned a whole day for my sister and I when we asked what there was to do and they recommended some awesome restaurants! The cleaning lady always left us little nice notes and breakfast was great! The only thing is its a little ways from the beach and the Navy Station.(My fiancée is stationed there) but there is a mcdonalds Hardee’s and cracker barrel in walking distance! I would deff recommend this place!

We had a nice stay here in a very clean room kicking off our Gulf Coast Springbreak vacation. The hotel is very new and convenient off of I-10 among a cluster of hotels and chain restaurants. It is not convenient to the rest of Pensacola though and is a good drive away from downtown, the beaches and other sights. It is on par with Holiday Inn Express and most Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. They offer a nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and sometimes biscuits and gravy. There’s also an indoor pool for the kids and a fitness room.

Horrible, inconsistent customer service. My family booked two rooms through Priceline for our Disney trip(we were driving from Texas to Orlando). We wanted two queen size beds in each. They got it wrong the first time but we called and a woman named Ashley assured that the reservation would be changed. Then when we got to the hotel the obnoxious lady at the front desk claimed Ashley had never changed anything and that we would have to call Priceline for any further changes. So our whole family and tons of luggage are just sitting in the lobby as my dad has to call Priceline and get them to talk to this hotel. Also, my dad’s English is not perfect, and the lady at the front desk ended up just yelling at him as he was trying to explain the situation. Uh, he’s not deaf, maybe say it a little slower and stop spitting at him? As you can tell, the horrible service didn’t do us any favors during our long drive.

We stayed at this hotel twice while traveling from Houston to Orlando, and back again. Our stay was great… clean hotel, decent rates, good breakfast. But…we had the unfortunate luck to leave a couple of items behind. From that point on, the customer service offered by the staff was zilch. They offered me no help whatsoever, beyond«we’ll have the items at the front desk if you schedule a UPS pickup.» I did get them agree to at least put the items in a box and to slap the label on it if I arranged it all. I arranged everything myself, which took quite a while, dealing with 3 different employees and it costing me $ 14.00UPS shipping. Several weeks passed and the items never arrived. When I contacted them again, they said they still had the items, but never got the shipping label I sent via email. Total runaround! The process started all over again, with yet another set of email addresses being given to me. They finally said they did indeed get the label I emailed and would be shipping the items the next day. Later, that night, I get a VM message saying they did not believe this is the right label and can I please call back. In the end, I washed my hands of dealing with this ineffective front desk staff and have come to realize I am not getting our items back. It is sad because these items belonged to my kids and they are bummed. In the past, if we left something behind in a hotel, guess what they did? They shipped them to us! No drama, no extra cost. In the end, a hotel staff is supposed to be in the hospitality industry and it is their job to try to be at least a little accommodating. I will not stay in this chain of hotels again simply on the principal that if the least little thing goes wrong, it will be my headache, not theirs.
