Wingstop

We were missing part of our large order. We order all wings and one order of boneless mango habanero. Living 15 miles away in Novato, I called and asked for a refund or a credit. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it. That is the part that riled me. Nothing they can do! I ask for the manager. They provided me with a phone number. I left a message with no return call. Since I do not like dark meet, no dinner for me.

Well I take my 5 star review back. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered from wings stop and this time I am really disappointed I don’t usually get to eat unhealthy food and tonight was cheat night and I really wanted wings big big mistake after making my on-​line order which was super easy I even paid for it I happily got into my car and went on my merry way. As I walked in they looked distraught and confused about my order I showed the guy my phone with the confirmation number not a big deal he said yadda yadda the fax system was not working and he will start my order ok fine no problem I needed some Tylenol from cvs came back got my order again they asked for payment even when I said I paid on-​line they seemed confused about that no big deal on my way home to sit down and eat we cut into the wing and its RAW it’s RAW not just 1 wing like all 9 of them it’s one thing to be a little confused on FOH functions but to serve any one RAW chicken that’s just upsetting. I would think you would have timers to avoid salmonella poising to your guest not only is my appetite destroyed I’m a little worried that I’m going to end up in the ER with an epic case of the crapping my brain out!
then I called to complain and I was put on hold for 8 mins while the staff jokes laughed and called each other derogatory names. Not a way to run a business your staff needs some serious retraining and a food handling and food borne illness class.

Well we tried their «skip the wait order online»…when we arrived the order wasn’t ready. The staff looked confused when I told them that I was here to pick up my order. They forgot to check their online order… wasn’t too upset because they did apologize and made efforts to make our food for us right away. They were friendly and very apologetic so I guess that makes up for the mistake. Not sure if this is a new system they have or if this has always been in place and never noticed it… but they def do need a better system in getting their online orders organized and ready.

All of the stars go to the Associate who was very cheerful and very interested in providing the best experience she could. The food itself was not worth but two stars. It was not hot. The sauce was barely put on any of the chicken. The chicken was dry. I was very disappointed. It was like getting frozen breadded chicken from the grocery store.

I did my order online and paid for it. It was simple I thought, 40 wings and 3 large seasoned fries. Celery. I was going to open my bag to check the order, she said everything was in there guaranteed! Got home I got 40 wings a small no seasoned fry and carrots? Don’t leave w/​o opening your food! I’m about 18 miles away. Yup kind of pissed no refund either, she said she would right down my name, but she said my order was was right too. Kind of sucks my guys like their wings.

Julie gave me excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to help me out. Then the owners said she couldn’t run next door to drop off lunch for my employee who was working alone. Julie was amazing, she should really consider working somewhere they will value her great service and initiative.

Waited to try this place multiple times before giving a Unilocal review but this place is an embarrassment to the franchise. The customer service is the worst of any place I’ve ever been. They severely need managerial help from the top down, employees ignored me and my problem (which was the online orders weren’t printing) then when I came back they threw away my order that I already had to wait for… I’ll never be returning and seriously will never recommend this place ever. You guys have to fix way to much for me to be a customer.

I phoned a week before my Sons birthday to find out how far in advance to place an order of two, 100 wing family packs. The woman said that I could even do it on the same day but a day ahead would be helpful. I placed the order the day before the party as suggested.
Day of party: arrived on time to pick up order.
I was informed that they had phoned me this morning that they did not have the sauce we requested. (Sorry I missed the call… I was enjoying my Sons party). We chose a different sauce and now had to wait while 15 hungry teens were waiting for the promised lunch.
I asked about coupons or a discount… the woman stated they did not have any coupons in the store. The male said he would text the owner. (FYI, the owner never responded).
While going over our order we found that one of the 2 extra crispy fries were missing. We ordered extra crispy so that they wouldn’t be soggy by the time they got to the party… so now we had to wait again. None of the fries were extra crispy and ALL were limp.
The sides of potatoe salad, beans and slaw are small… maybe for 3 people.
The only reason I gave 2 stars… they ended up giving us 20 extra wings and the male worker was pleasant.
Next time I will go to Buffalo wings in Petaluma instead.

I like the one in Oakland and the one in Am. Canyon. This one and the one is SR is awful. I am going to assume they are either under the same management or ownership or somehow connected, because they are awful for the same reasons. The shop is always sticky. I don’t know if it’s soda spilled on every table, or sauce — but regardless, please wipe your tables down. I don’t actually ever sit here to eat, but if I sit waiting for my food, I’m usually grossed out and sticky when I leave. There is always dirty dishes on the tables and usually food smattered on the too. yuck. yuck.
The fries are awful. soggy, yucky, stale grease tasting awful. Everything is swimming in sauce. The wings don’t appear to be cooked correctly, as if they are microwaved instead of fried.
If you order a side of veggies and dip, it should look like a side of veggies and dip, not a half of a carrot that looks like it was cut up 3 months ago.
To be honest, I’m a bit perplexed how this place is still in business with great wings just down the road.
your sauces are fantastic, the chicken wings are not a bad size, and the prices are fair, put some attention and quality into your prep and your restaurant.

This joint is lit fam! Excellent service thanks to the one and only, Matt! He deserves the employee of the century award! He is super friendly and even gave me extra wings for free because he forgot to drop them! :D He is the best baked bean chef ever! He explained to me in full detail what the ingredients were and I could tell he really cared about putting his heart and soul into those beans! They were delicious! If every wing stop has an employee like Matt, I’m gonna hit them all up! Keep up the good work Matt! You’re the man! ;)

We went here tonight and not only were the wings dry with bearly any sauce but the ranch we paid extra for was chunky and sour way beyond expiration, that for me was way beyond it… dry wings are one thing but sour expired food is disgusting and should be much closely monitored.

Wingstop can be addicting! I’ve had mixed experiences with this particular location. Wings are always great, however the fries always taste different every time I go. Love that they have a fancy soda machine too!

The boneless wings were crispy, hot, and delicious! Definitely a great meal for a decent price. We got our food very quickly and were surprised how clean everything was and the great service we received. We will definitely be going back!

I’ve been to this location about a dozen times over the last few months. I usually call in my orders on my drive home from work, and even when I do not I always get my order fast. It appears that they’re training a lot of new staff, but so far that hasn’t been a problem other than my To-​Go order missing ranch dressing or something similarly minor.
When it comes to wings in Petaluma three places come to my mind: Wingstop, OBW, and BWW. Buffalo Wild Wings is more of a restaurant, OBW is in-​between the two, and Wingstop is great for something fast that will still taste good.

I have never seen someone that stupid have a job. So crazy. Wing stops bomb but I’d avoid this one.

My only gripe about all Wing Stop locations is there is NO trash cans anywhere near the dining area. They expect the employees to handle emptying the trays. But when they get busy… those baskets of wings that have been consumed still left on the table… it’s like walking into a kitchen sink piled with dirty dishes.
Note to management… put some friggin’ trash cans and expect the customers to clean up after themselves.
The fries are your best bet. Fresh cut fries and not frozen crap are an added bonus.

2 stars because the place is dirty and nasty. The restroom has some chocolate mousse skidmarks every time I go into this place.

I’ve only recently been introduced to Wingstop, but the moment I bit into one of their hot, juicy wings I was sold.
While there isn’t a huge choice of items on the menu (I mean, you’re here to get wings so why should that matter, right?), they do have a variety of delicious rubs and sauces for the wings. The Louisiana Rub is my personal favorite.
The wings themselves have a good amount of meat on them and come out juicy and tender. This is exactly how I want my wings — not dry and leathery.
The prices are a bit high, but they aren’t unreasonable either.
They also have a nifty soda machine that has tons and tons of flavors to choose from.

I ordered the garlic parmesan wings, but I received boneless wings instead. I told the cashier that they made a mistake on my order and him and the guy in the back just stared at me blankly and ignored my request for new wings. Seriously, I believe both those workers were high.
After they stared at me for a good 10 seconds, I decided to eat the boneless wings. My garlic parmesan was underseasoned. It was not good. Definitely not coming back.

This will be short. Went for lunch, it is dark inside but super bright lights in the kitchen area. The floors had either grease or water on the floor where the tables are. No napkins given or at the table just some utility paper towels at the counter. This place serves greasy food, napkins are a must! Order takes some time. Nothing special, seemed over price for the 8 chicken pieces but there’s a decent amount of fries that come with the meal. The big hi-​tech soda machine was out of the classic coke & cherry flavor, but if you like vanilla & all the other wacky flavors coke now makes you’re covered. They were out of ketchup too, what the heck??? There is only one garbage can and they hoard it behind the counter.
In closing the young man at the counter was kind and probably doing the best with what he had. Likely to go again, not.
