I went to get a few new whicks and juice as I was taking a trip to the northest for a week and when I Rrived and went to use it finally they didn’t get any of my order right

Great shop with very personable and knowledgeable staff! Whether you’re new to vaping and getting your first starter kit or you’re an expert and building your own mods, they can help you. Great selection of lots of unique, layered and fun flavors. They can satisfy your craving from the simple to the complex. They even do custom mixes on pg/​vg!
Definitely a good experience at this shop!

I was introduced to Unique Vapors by my friend who lives in the Austin area and have become a loyal customer, even though I live in Colorado. Everyone there is so nice, helpful and responsive. I ran into a bizarre issue with one of my batteries and after helping me to troubleshoot over the phone, they determined that it was in some way faulty (which isn’t common). They sent me a new battery the next day. It was a totally painless process and I so appreciate companies that stand behind their products.
In addition to the excellent customer service, I am totally in love with their juices! I was desperately low on a trip to California and popped into a local shop and did not like anything I tried. Now, I plan ahead so that I get the Unique Vapors juice that I love. :) Sinful Addiction is my favorite! I can’t wait to travel to Austin and visit in person.

If there is such a thing as your «home town» vape shop… this is the place! I’ve frequented SEVERAL vape shops all over the Austin and San Marcos areas and can say that this place was hands down my favorite so far. There was none of that «we’re smarter than you» superiority attitude going on here. There was no ‘take a number’, no rushing you or annoyed sighs because you don’t know exactly what you want or what you’re doing…
I didn’t get my sales lady’s name, but I should have… SUPER sweet and patient. Didn’t try to upsale me or make me feel like a noob, just gave me the facts and her honest opinion. Seriously, made me feel right at home and comfortable to ask all the «stupid» questions. She allowed me to take my time and really think through my decisions.
Clean, quiet, yet homey feel. It was a great experience and I will be back!

I can’t say enough great things about Unique Vapors! Very nice, clean, and inviting store. A great assortment of product, and a staff that is not only knowledgeable, but very friendly! Best vape shop I’ve been to in the Austin area hands down!

Can’t say enough good things about our new local vape shop. The staff and owners are really friendly and approachable. I’ve been vaping for about two years now, but still know almost nothing about how my e cig actually works (lame, I know). Not only did they get me the right gear to make my e cig work best for me, they helped my find a new flavor that I LOVE and can’t get enough of… Salted Caramel Coffee… yum!
Place has a great vibe. You don’t have to bother anyone if you just want to hang out and try out new flavors. They have them all set up for you to try at your leisure. No more paying for a bunch of testers you take home to find you hate them.
They also have a kids corner and the place lacks that seedy head shop feel, so you can actually relax and let your kids play while you are shopping. Huge bonus for moms who just want a minute of peace to look around.
Really excited to have such a nice store so close to home.

Unique Vapors is unlike any vapor store I’ve ever been to. The employees are very knowledgeable and there to help with any issue you may have. They have to tasting bars, so you can try any of their over 100 flavors that are all made in house. Their prices are cheaper than anywhere else in town. Come check them out.
