I agree with the other good reviewer. I went at about 2PM on a Tuesday. No customers, friendly, competent people there who diagnosed and replaced a bad SIM card in my iPad in about ten minutes.

Do yourself a favor, avoid this AT&T location. Waited patiently for 15 minutes, during which time 3 sales staff freed up, but chose to retreat to the back office never to return. All the while a staff member(manager I presume) was typing at the register, not helping any customers. When I politely enquired whether anyone would help me he replied«an associate will be with you shortly, sir»(sarcastic emphasis on the ‘sir’) Who needs this? Go anywhere else and you’ll likely find better service.

Trying to talk to someone in store from past 3 hours, no one is picking the call. If everyone is so busy, just don’t give a phone number.

After seeing all the bad reviews on here, I have to counter with a good one. I got a new phone(made the switch from Iphone to Android) and this customer experience couldn’t have been any better. The associate who helped me, Matt, was very friendly and did a great job explaining the differences between the two platforms, how I was paying too much for my current data plan, and any other of the dumb questions I asked him. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

My work bought 20 phones on january 152015 samsung galaxy s 5 one of them the display went out yesterday i took it to the store on 16th and market and since it was passed the 14 day return policy they refered me to a device support center or call the 800 number called 800 number was told to bring back to the original store where it was bought so i could get a new phone under 30 days instead of a refurb called the store to make sure i could get it replaced that same day the store said no cant replace with a new one so i had to wind up getting a refurb ordered not even a 30day old phone.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Not only was there a painfully long wait(I was there for 2 hours on a Monday afternoon) but sales associates and supervisor were extremely rude and condescending. Rather than trying to help with my problem with the new iPhone in a calm and rational way, they had no idea how to deal with a busy queue of angry customers. The juxtaposition with the efficacy of the apple genius bar is absurd, at&t could learn a thing or two. Will avoid this place at all costs.

I had some questions about altering my account and the woman just started blankly at me while smacking gum. Literally. She asked another associate for help and they both didn’t understand my request to switch from a group plan to an independent plan. They just shooed me away and told me to call their hotline. I get that retail is a thankless a job, but these women made zero effort to be of any service or even attempt a helpful attitude.
