Best customer service ever!
Attentive staff, very personable and friendly.
All I needed was a screen screensaver, but staff was waiting to help with eye contact, politeness and knowledge.
Pat also expertly put my screen saver on while joking with me. It was a pleasant experience and since it’s so hard to find good customer service let alone excellent these days, I had to write a review!

This Is the most convenient Verizon store location for me, but I consistently leave disappointed. Been here a half dozen times over the last few years. Always a long wait. 30 minutes or more. Each time we’ve been told to take care of the issue via the website. What’s the purpose of this store?

Unbelievable customer service by Daniel! This guy should get a raise for how he treated my husband and I. He was thorough, well spoken, knowledgable, and an all around nice guy. I have been with another phone company for eleven years and never wanted to make the switch until now and Daniel is the reason. I will get the best phone service with great customer support. Thanks Daniel!

Very Rude employees!!! First they gave me the wrong information about plans, then when I was set to check out with my new phone the employee kept pushing certain cases on me and only showed me certain types of screen protectors. When I asked her for a certain brand she said «I’m not even going to show you those because they aren’t worth it.» What and how I purchase is none of your business I can make a decision on my own. I was so frustrated. I felt so forced and pushed especially when I asked for a minute so I could discuss with my Husband she seemed annoyed! I left and drove to the next closest Verizon and purchased exactly what I wanted without feeling pressured.

This store has the RUDEST employees I have ever experienced in a Verizon store or elsewhere. I went in to get a carrier unlock and they acted like I was crazy for thinking it could be done. They knew I was switching from my father’s family plan to my husband’s AT&T plan and so they were total jerks. I then called tech support from the store and they did it in a matter of seconds.
I am the authorized manager of my dad’s plan, and he was still planning on keeping his Verizon account… until the day I went to this store! Congratulations, Verizon, you not only lost my business due to your exorbitant rates-​you also just lost my dad as a longtime faithful customer, because your employees are SO RUDE. I am switching him to AT&T too. If you want to be treated like an idiot or a criminal, then by all means, visit this store.

I had to get a replacement cellular for my wife and the manager here was very helpful with getting her contacts transferred and setting up the phone. I was impressed because we were not buying anything or spending any money at the store, just needed help with setting it up. Thanks!

I went back to get help with my replacement phone. Liam was my service tech, He was awesome, and renewed my faith in verizon customer service. still not happy with the phone, still having problems dropping calls. I’ll just wait til contract is up and get a new phone sighhhhhh again.
