I called because one of our A/C units was not working and Air Dynamics was able to get a Tech out within a few hours to assess our situation. Within minutes of arrival, it was determined that our compressor shorted and we were facing a very costly repair or replacement. We were given estimates to repair, but both were for 3 ton units. Our system is a 5 ton. Hard to get a real comparison on costs when you tell people you need a new 3 ton unit and its actually 5 ton. As well, there are more components that should have been inspected to make an accurate determination. I learned this through contacting other companies, who asked several questions that Air Dynamics did not. And when we asked about other brands, than Amana, we were unable to get bids for those products, as their system was not updated with that pricing. Based on this experience, I could not recommend this company.

We called Air Dynamics for an emergency repair on a non-functioning A/C unit during the heart of our Arizona summer. Steve from Air Dynamics was incredibly responsive, calling us back at the very beginning of his day, and walked us through some of the potential issues that may be occurring with the unit. Air Dynamics squeezed us into the schedule that same morning, investigated and fixed the issue and charged a reasonable fee. No attempts at up-selling, or suggesting unneeded repairs. We had never used this company before, but they will be our first call from now on for any A/C issues. Air Dynamics was wonderful to work with.

I’m having to drop this company. I signed up for the SRP sponsored spring check-up, only to have them call and cancel for a scheduling emergency. That’s fine and I understood, but the next available day for my area was 1 month out. There was a voice mail left yesterday to confirm the appointment for monday 4/29, but it’s on my calendar for Today. The problem is that they are based on the otherside of the county, so I have to look for a more local contractor.

I have several rental properties in the Phoenix area and everytime I need air conditioning service, I call Air Dynamics! They come when they say they will and give a complete assessment on the unit. Each time, I have been happy with their honesty and friendliness. They don’t try to upsell you or tell you need something you don’t need. I have used them at least 6 and will continue to use them. Honest and reliable — a great company!
