I’m very disappointed with the service at this place. They always have a long wait time and it seems that they only 2 – 3 employees. I waited there for almost 2hrs for a trim! I would recommend making am appointment but good luck being seen at your apt time. The best part of the visit was the girl who cut my hair was very sweet.

I always use the phone app to check in — so convenient! I get there and it’s usually just as the app indicates for time waiting. Always rotating, I think everyone there has cut my hair.
Inconsistent. I wouldn’t think they could mess up my hair since I keep it short — but they did. And with my bad luck, they screwed it up when I needed it to look nice for a big event.
This place is conveniently located but I won’t be coming back.

I haven’t gotten my hair cut from a professional in a long time… I’m talking years and for the reason of them ALWAYS cutting way too much of my hair off. I went here the other day and was so scared I’d walk out with a bob. Like always. At this great clips that was not the case! Amanda showed me how much she would be cutting off before cutting it off! She cut 3″, layered it, and framed my face no problem! I finally found a place I could go to instead of me having to do it myself. So glad I took the chance here! I highly recommend this place if you were like me, never happy with my haircuts. :)

This is my second time at this location because it’s the closest place to my house but it’s strictly for cutting children’s hair, and it just doesn’t matter who checks in first or if you do it online or whatever they just take the next person they see and they give everybody a very similar haircut which is all I think they really know how to do… If you care about your hair of your money or just the flat out principle means something don’t come to this location.

The staff is really nice. After going a few times they start to remember who you are. I always ask for the same stylist, Leslie. She really knows what to do with my hair. Thank you Leslie, you’re the best!
Bottom line, if you’re looking for a good cut at good price, this is the joint.

I have a short haircut that needs constant trims, and I was so happy to find this place. The ranges for cuts goes from $ 8 to $ 14, which is cheaper than any of the salons I went to before. Now if I want to do more, I’d certainly stick with the salons, since Great Clips has steep prices on styling which is the opposite of the hair cut prices. Strange. But I keep continuing to come back and get my hair cut here at least once a month, and I like the results. :)

Why even bother checking in online? It went from 5 mins to 15 min wait so I checked in and headed over. 10 minutes later when I got there, they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes and I was at the bottom of the list.
Checked in another day because it said 1 minute wait. I checked in and headed over. Was there about a minute later and it was packed. I was fourth on the list, and when I checked again it still shows a one minute wait time and there are six people on the list.
When will I learn?

Fast service, the woman who did my hair was great and it was the cheapest hair cut I’ve ever gotten. I was told that my hair cut looked better than when I was paying $ 200+

I have been going here for a while now and can’t say anything bad about it. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. There aren’t too many times when I have to wait very long to get my hair cut. I have seen many stylists here and haven’t had any bad experiences. Very affordable as far as I am concerned.

Good people, great service. Been going there for a while now, and always going to Andrea. She’s super cool and funny. Although busy on weekends, strip mall parking is aplenty, and if you happen to have a long wait, you can just hit Fry’s next door to do some grocery shopping while you wait. Target and many other stores close by in this convenient location.
