My kitchen sink was clogged so badly that even the washing machine backed up. They sent someone over within about 30 minutes of me calling, on a Sunday, and did a fantastic job. Best thing is they charge a flat rate of $ 65, even if they have to climb on the roof, which he did in my case. Most other places wanted $ 40 – 50 just to come and diagnose it («yup, clogged drain») and THEN tell you how much it would cost. On top of it this a local operation: no dispatchers, no being placed on hold, no hassle. No beating it.
