I have been going to skindefined for my facial, eyebrow waxing, and related skin care needs for about seven years now. Susan is AMAZING. She achieves perfection with the brows, and is the most attentive aestheticians I have seen. She approaches all of her clients with a long term view, both providing treatment at the time of service and also longer term recommendations regarding how to address problem areas and keep your skin looking younger. She is extremely gracious about accommodating her clients and a complete PLEASURE to work with. She is pro active with her practice, even contacting me when she has new products or treatments she thinks I might like to try (in a very helpful, no pressure way). I should mention that she is masterful with extractions, and almost no matter what she does, my skin always looks great when I leave her office. Finally, she is engaging, interesting, and fun. Susan is a brow magician! Name your issue, she can fix it! Brows too high, mis-​shaped, scars, lack of hair growth, the list goes on and on. In my case, my brows had just gotten too high and were not shaped correctly for my face. Susan helped me to see the shape they should actually be for my face and held my hand through the process of getting there in a few short months. She is an artist. If you feel like something is just off, I guarantee you its your brows.
