I loved the customer service on Mother’s Day. I forgot the guy’s name who provided excellent customer service. This is a late review, but not forgotten. I got gorgeous flowers for my mom here, they were sunflowers and other colorful flowers. They also put glitter and perfume on them when i picked them up. I’m only giving it four stars because I thought the flowers were a little bit overpriced, but overall they do a good job on decorations (:

Stopped by to get some sun flowers for my brothers girl friend promposal. The man who helped me out was so sweet and helpful. Gave me all the different prices and showed me different arrangements. He picked out really nice ones for me since I only bought 4 flowers. Was having a good experience until he went back to ask his co workers about wrapping them and she made an ugly face and was making little remarks when I’m right at the register, at least keep your voice down lady or wait for me to leave, geeze! Way to make someone feel uncomfortable. I appreciated the man offering to wrap them though, and the service he provided.

My boyfriend and I went into April flowers to buy a Corsage and Boutonnière for prom. The staff had great costumer service because they were very helpful and friendly. They showed us various examples of what the roses would look like and helped us decorate the corsage and boutonnière. However, when we picked it up 2 days later we were disappointed with the size of the roses… The roses were really small and did not look full and beautiful which is what I expected to see, I was very disappointed and regretted the $ 55 spent. As I compared it to the look of other people’s roses I wish I would have took my money somewhere else.

I came here to get some flowers for my grandma while she was in the hospital I was impressed that the store was really clean and had a wide variety of flowers ready to go. And prices very very fair. Would defiantly recommend! I had bought some scratchers for my grandma and asked them if they could incorporate that into the flowers the did a excellent job. Everyone from the nurses to most importantly my grandma LOVED IT SHE STILL TALKS ABOUT IT TO ALL OF HER FRIENDS LOL.

This is my go to florist!
I love all their arrangements, they work great with any budget providing be most bang for your buck.
I’ve been in on a few different occasions from buying bouquets for that special someone (when they were around) and even simple arrangements for mom, grandma, or aunts birthdays or anniversaries.
Everyone there is a great help and know flowers quite well.
If you haven’t been here before I suggest you get to it and give them a try.
Most shops tend to be over prices in many ways or out to take you for all that you’re worth, however this shop I can say enough good things about!

I ordered some flowers for anniversary, and I got a call immediately from the store because the driver was at the business where my wife works but I put her married name, when she used her maiden name. I’m happy that they called me right away because I had a horrible experience before with a flower shop delivering to somebody unknown without first calling me. Will be doing business again with this place! Thank you!

Called on a last minute bouquet that I forgot to order. I called and spoke with Mike. He was professional and super friendly. I literally called at 5pm and was able to get an arrangement send over to a service by 6pm. I was told they keep a few arrangements on hand for emergencies and they did not disappoint. I order flowers frequently and they are hands down the best I’ve worked with.

I work in events at a law school in the downtown area. We have been using April Flowers for the last 3 years, and they always go above and beyond to meet our budget and expectations. Everyone at the company is so easy to work with, quick and always friendly. I’ve called numerous times with last minute centerpiece requests and they are always there to save the day!
They are definitely willing to work around your budget for an event. I highly recommend checking them out! The delivery guys always arrive on time with a smile on their faces and if we have the tables set up, will even place the flowers for us.

This place is horrible! I don’t know what happened to it but it wasn’t at all the shop that I reviewed last. Just kidding. Mike is still there (does he ever take a day off?) and is still pushing out quality products. Got a nice bouquet for my mom for mother’s day and she’s still thanking me for it. I came here because it was one of the few local shops with good reviews open on a Sunday. I wasn’t disappointed.
It was a hot day, but I had my reasons to keep a dozen roses in the trunk of my car until the evening hours. I explained my situation and Mike was more than helpful to address my concern and suggested the stem water tubes to keep the flowers hydrated. Plus, he gave me a discount on the water tubes as well. Thanks Mike!
At the end of the day, the flowers were still fresh and looked almost exactly as it was when I first got them.
Highly recommend this place for fresh beautiful flowers and customer service to address your concerns.

Everyone here is so nice and very helpful. My order was on time, and when I asked for them to adjust it, they did it quickly without any problems. I can’t speak on the prices as I have nothing to compare to, but the bouquet I ordered was so so beautiful and cost about $ 70.

Once again!!! Totally thrilled with my flowers. Love Aprils because my flowers are the freshest, not already open (I get to enjoy that) and most of all the most beautifully rearranged.

I normally don’t do reviews. But on this occasion, I will. I went in on Monday and Mike greeted me. Very friendly dude. Told him what I needed and he got his dude that puts the flowers together. Very friendly too. Since this request was never made I guess, he guided me through the steps and even texted me the final design. Very happy with the outcome. I definitely recommend this spot. I always come and get flowers here they are high quality, long lasting and really beautiful.
Price wise, I always shop around and they have really good prices for the quality flowers they have.
The arrangement I got as lasted a week an still as beautiful.
