Lane Bryant Outlet

Slowest checkout process ever. Limited sizes. Employees way too busy talking to each other. I was trying to find a pair of shorts. They had a lot… all in one size. Not super helpful unless you’re that size. I finally found something else that I could make do with and went to find the checkout. A couple of the sales girls were busy socializing and pointed me to the register. I waited forever behind a woman who wanted to do some complicated transaction (actually multiple transactions). The other women continued to socialize. Eventually they started wandering the store, straightening hangers and other irrelevant stuff trying to look at least a little busy. never came over to help. It was ridiculous. Took probably 10 minutes to get to finally check out. kinda ridiculous.

Give these hard-​working ladies a raise! They were wonderfully helpful when needed, left me alone when appropriate, and even gave travelers tips for the area!
This outlet has a wider variety than other LB Outlets, and great prices. In addition, they also have the smaller sizes (12 and 14) which may be difficult to find in other stores.
I added some really cute items to my wardrobe for a fraction than the full retail LB stores.
Customer service reigns supreme here. Thank you!

Fancy pants lingerie stores like Victoria’s Secret do not carry bras in my size: thank the Lord for Lane Bryant!!! They have great deals and awesome employees!!! Kathleen spent at least 15 minutes with me today helping me look for bras in my size and checked with me a few times while I tried them on. Another salesgirl was really helpful too (wish I would’ve gotten her name, she has helped me more than once). No matter how grubby I have looked going into this store (today I was in my workclothes), they have never treated me any differently. Some places treat you based on how you look and/​or how you’re dressed. Not the case with me! Lane Bryant is about the only reason you’d catch me shopping at the Pismo Beach Outlets…

Better selection than other outlets! Staff were also friendly and very helpful. :)

Plenty of choices for almost all occasions. Helpful and smiling staff with fitting rooms.

So unorganized cramped and a bit stale. I’m not much for dissing places but I generally did not enjoy my experience going into this shop. sure it’s less expensive then the retail store but I just felt overwhelmed and ready to leave 2 sec after i walked in.

Customer Service: Fabulous! Every salesperson was very helpful and kind.
Extra Bonus: I went up to a customer and asked her if she was the actress on Bones (an incredibly great TV show). She said YES! I told her I absolutely love her and the cast and I asked her to tell every one that they are all doing a great job on the series. I let her know that my husband and I are faithful viewers. I thanked her for letting me invade her privacy. She was very gracious. Her name is … Patricia Belcher. Meeting her was great since I really do see her on TV most everyday.
Anyways… next time I’m in Pismo Beach. I will come back to Lane Bryant Outlet. I just bought quality, flattering garments for great prices.
