I came to Dr. McFarland a broken woman. I could not move my neck, I had shooting and dull headaches that lasted for days and my shoulders were misaligned. Dr. McFarland’s diagnostic tools/​machines help the patient understand exactly what is going on with their body… this is way beyond a simple x-​ray. The real-​time results and Dr. McFarland’s explanation of them makes understanding the care plan effortless. I’ve been to plenty of chiropractors who couldn’t support their care plans with anything, but an x-​ray, a payment schedule and sweaty hands (eww). I am happy to report that after following Dr. McFarland’s care plan I am back to 100%! I go in for a once a month tune-​up which is awesome since Dr. McFarland is such a joy to be around. The office atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. Real people work here! My sister, brother in-​law and my ADHD, 11 year old nephew all see Dr. McFarland. He is so very good with my nephew who is just a wisp of a boy. He couldn’t be more gentle or patient with him… his adjustments have been very effective… skinny little kids with no muscle have structural integrity issues! I trust Dr. McFarland and I have never trusted any of the chiropractors I have ever seen… he’s a stellar human being… smart, funny, kind, confident and REAL! You’re in good hands here! I highly recommend McFarland Chiropractic for adults and children. BRAVO DR. MCFARLAND!!!

I have major spine issues and I was really nervous about going to a chiropractor, I’ve read some epic fails on Unilocal and really dragged my feet LOL. I’ve been mostly getting LOTS of trigger point injections up and down my spine (VERY PAINFUL) but they wear off so fast :(
I figured I have nothing to lose so I was referred through KP to an outside specialty department for a chiropractor, I really dug deep into Unilocal before picking one. This is my spine your talking about and you shouldn’t just leave it to anyone LOL!
I made an appointment in the middle of August and was seen last week (08.31.15), they asked me to print out some paperwork and of course I was already prepared, they were super prompt and courteous. They double checked some paperwork and insurance and I was called back, I did have to wait a bit to actually see the doctor but he was so friendly and actually cared about what I had to say!
He listens and already had a good idea of why my migraines and spine issues are so bad, he took some X-​Rays and used some special technology LOL, He definitely put me at ease and answered all of my questions. I have a follow up visit in a few days and as the sessions go on I will update my review ^_​_​^

I have had a bad experience with chiropractors in the past and was reluctant to go. But my insurance decided to not pay physical therapists what they should so went to this chiro. Such a GREAT choice! Dr. Barclay is great. I have low back sciatic issues and osteoporosis. I didn’t want the typical bone cracking adjustment. Dr. Barclay uses the graston technique which does not involve bone cracking but deep tissue work (which is my layperson description of it) and and activator. He is very good at explaining things, a very calm personality but informative and caring. He is very knowledgeable on other areas as well.
I have substantial improvement with my sciatica… I feel that if I were in physical therapy I would not be this far along. And it did not take that many visitis to feel improvement. Dr. Barclay is concerned with treating the whole person. He explains how the body was used to being in this position and how he could help get it in alignment and help keep it there. He doesn’t throw a bunch of stretches at you at once because he knows hardly anyone does them. He gives you a few key stretches for what your body can handle and then progresses from there. What a refreshing change.
The staff here is amazing. After your first visit they greet by first name every single time. A small gesture but goes a long way. They have wonderful massage therapists. I personally like Jesamine but both are great.
I have read reviews from other chiro offices and you won’t have any of the negative experience that you read about. No requests to write a Unilocal review, visits are always ON TIME, no up selling. Just quality care from a place that truly cares about you as a person.

I go here every other week and it’s a great price and the doctor is intelligent. I got the new patient deal which is a x-​ray, 1-​hour massage, a neurological assessment of the spine, and one realignment all for $ 30. I recommend this to my friends and my family.

I have been ckoming here years, Dr. Shaygan is great. The office is very friendly and fun, I have a little girl and they entertain her sometimes when I am being adjusted or getting a massage. Everyone is very professional and I have referred several people who love it there and the the attention they give their patients.

I wish I could give them negative ratings. I bought groupon for my husband for 2 adjustment, massage and X-​ray. They never did any proper adjustments on him In fact kept calling him over and over again. My husband thought all this was part of groupon but one month later we got a statement for $ 104 which he had no idea about. It’s such a scam. I tried to speak to the doctor several times but according to him he had already explained everything to my husband. Anyways, ended up paying all that amount which he did not get any service for. I would just say be careful if you are buying deals make sure u talk to them first. I would never recommend such place to anyone.

McFarland Chiropractic Group is the best! Dr. Shaygan is professional, competent, and really understands the needs of her patients. My husband and I have been treated by Dr. Shaygan for at least seven years, and we try to see her monthly. The massage therapists are reasonably priced. We both enjoy seeing Dr. Shaygan, she is personable and truly cares about our well-​being. The staff is also warm, friendly, and helpful. McFarland Chiropractic Group takes our insurance, too, which helps with cost, and also sends us free visits on our birthdays each year. We recommend Dr. Shaygan to all of our friends who ask if we see a chiropractor.

Dr. Shaygan at McFarland Chiropractic Group is, by far, the BEST chiropractor I have ever been to. Not many doctors (medical or chiropractic or otherwise) can «heal“my back and make me feel human again, but every visit to Dr. Shaygan has done all that and more. Her office is professional and friendly with a very family feeling environment. I highly recommend McFarland Chiropractic and Dr. Shaygan!!!

AWESOME staff and GREAT service, no wait time and best Chiropractic care I have ever received. I had chronic neck and shoulder pain, after the first treatment, I felt so much better and got my mobility back. I have been going regularly and I hardly ever feel any discomfort and able to function normally.

She is the BEST chiropractor ever and I have been to about 3. She makes you feel relaxed and welcome. She knows me and my life story! Every time I visit she always wants to know what is new, and how I am feeling. She really gets to know her patients on a personal level, to me this means a lot. I have been seeing Dr. Shaygan for probably 6+ years. She knows my injuries and knows exactly how to adjust me so I walk out feeling better than I did going in.
