I selected Angie Faron at RE/​MAX Ultimate Professionals in Plainfield, IL as the agent to help me sell my house. I was unhappy with the service received and would NEVER contact her in the future for any real estate needs. She was not available to answer my questions on my schedule and in a timely manner. I was not happy with the way some issues were addressed – a different agent showed up without an appointment when I was home, a problem with damage from a property inspection, and the keybox was not removed when requested. I did not receive regular updates and there were no open houses. She had a poor attention to details – MLS listing had errors, a sign was placed in the Homeowner’s Association community area, and no shoe covers were provided for the showings. She was not available for the home appraisal and did not present the offer in person.
