This Saturday was the second time Rick has went above and beyond. I work in Austin Texas, commuting back and forth as often as possible. My daughter goes to school in Chicago. Her older vehicle has a horrible noise in it when her and I went out Saturday morning. I called Rick and asked if he would have time to look at it before she went back to school on Sunday. He said bring it over now. Not only did he get it done, replacing a wheel baring and tire rod end, but he left the keys in the car so we could get it later that evening. This is also the first time in my life I have ever had the bill come in less than what I was initially quoted. I was in the car business for 14 years and have never seen this kind of service. I would tow my daughters car home from Chicago to have rick work on it.
