Delicious teas, coffees and hot chocolate. Pastries and sandwiches are good. I like the oatmeal. Good location near the mall.

The baristas here don’t know what they are doing. My iced coffees are usually warm when I get them at this location. My last venti was not even full. I had to tell them to fill the extra inch. Slow down a little and focus on quality over speed.

They messed up my drink this morning, I called and they offered me a free one so I go back in just now ands it’s even worse then before! I’m almost positive there’s not any chai in here. It just tasted like milk. Very disappointed in my experience here today. Especially for spending $ 14 on 3 really poor drinks. Not sure I’ll visit this location again.
