I had a good experience with this location. Came here to get a new bed and was helped right away. We were shown a variety of mattresses and were able to narrow it down to a couple that we liked. Scott helped us get a great deal on the mattress we wanted. We got our preferred mattress for over 50% off by ordering one on clearance.
The ordering process took a very long time, as he had to search several warehouses before we found what we needed. Also, our original preferred delivery date had to be delayed after the fact, but we were able to get the delivery by the time we needed it.

Would not recommend anyone to do business with this store or company. Painfully and unapologetically slow.
My parents had to come back three times since they had only one sales person on a Sunday and waited over an hour to speak with. We ordered two mattresses on separate occasions. Both phone customer service and sales person are seriously rude. Please do yourself a favor and go to the nearby Macy’s or Sears.
I ended up waiting thirty minutes for the sales person to speak with their useless customer service. Theoine originally sent my parents home with a number to customer service and on an exchange of bedsheets and said it was none of her business.

I wouldn’t recommend this Sleepy’s to anyone. They are very unprofessional and nasty. I’m disappointed that I bothered to make a sale at this location. I would have been better off shopping in Macy’s or Sears where I got my last mattress.

Town of Oyster Bay, Long Island, NY
We had a warrantee issue with our three year old mattress and after a few meetings and phone calls with Theonie we got everything straightened out. We couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back to buy my sons mattress and fully recommend this sleepys to all our friends and family.
