Had issues with my battery fitting in the car, so I drove back up there pissed but Only to find out that the dealer had put in the wrong battery in and it was to small. Then the two guys there did everything they could and they were able to make the correct battery fit. They were super helpful and took care of everything. Thank you guys. I’ll be back next time I need a battery

I’ve been using this battery store for years now and who knew — they now sell lightbulbs! The name change makes sense now! I’m very happy because I can now get all my lighting and electric needs in ONE place instead of shopping around to find the odds and ends supplies for my house. Thanks batteries plus! Great one on one customer service too!

Wife bought a very overpriced laptop battery from this location a little over a year ago. Needless to say it failed about six months ago. I knew the battery had a year warranty as indicated from their website. I called the location to check and see if the warranty had expired yet. The gentleman who answered was very aggressive. At first he said he could locate no record for the sale. Then after assuring him the battery was purchased at this location he found the record but advised the warranty indeed had expired and it was no longer his problem. Prices are very high, products are poor, and customer service is non existent.

1/26/2013…I just took a new battery back(4 month old Rayovac) that I have had in a BMW that isn’t being driven… but is started about once every week or so… and has a 1.5 amp battery maintenance charger on it. Today the battery wouldn’t crank over the car, as it had drained down to about 6 amps. I took it in and told the guy behind the counter exactly what was going on. He said and I quote«because your son wasn’t starting the car every week like he should have been, I am voiding the remaining 2 years on the warranty.» He said he would try to recharge it… and it would take an hour. So… he called me back in 40 minutes, and told me he couldn’t charge it. I went back up… took the battery from him… and had the guys down the street at Brakes Plus re-charge it for $ 20. I equate the level of honesty in the guys working at Batteries Plus in Plano near 121 to the guys working the midway at the Texas State Fair… I wouldn’t recommend this place for a couple of AAA batteries.
