This location used to be great. Quality of service and food is now terrible. Bread is hard and over done always. More toppings and less meat. Richardson location much better.

I love this place! My favorite! All of their ingredients are FRESH, which I love. I also loved the customer service I got! I came with some friends on a Friday morning at about 9:50. They didn’t open till 10 so we sat on the curb till it opened and they opened the doors for us at 9:55! Love love this place. Highly recommend.

Nothing against this particular location, this chain is just meh and this is the location I ate at the other day. I guess it’s a step up from Subway in terms of quality but for the price you pay I’d rather eat elsewhere. Great Outdoors comes to mind or maybe even Jimmy John’s. FWIW I don’t eat at Subway either. Maybe that makes me a sammich snob, I dunno.

Showed up at 8:15, the door was locked and employees were cleaning up. When they saw me they acted like they didn’t and walk to the back to hide. A minute later they could be seen poking there heads out to check if I was gone. When we went back the next day they apologised with free sandwich coupons that on further inspection were used buy one and 2 large drinks, get 1 free.

First time ever having Jersey Mike’s and I can’t believe i waited 24 years to try it! I love fresh deli sandwiches, so I am not really sure why I hadn’t already had it. The service was absolutely wonderful! It was Friday at lunch so they were slammed, but every one still took the time to greet you and had a smile on their face. I did an online order for 7 people. I arrived a few minutes early, so it wasn’t quite ready, but they still gave me a drink while I waited, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be returning to Jersey Mike’s and specifically this location!

If you think Subway makes a good sub, you are sadly misinformed. Jersey Mikes makes real, delicious and over the top subs, don’t waste your time anywhere else. Get it Mike’s way with pickles, yum!

The service for sandwiches here is its worth going out of my way I have a Subway shop that’s very close to my house this place is probably an extra couple of miles but the quality service is well worth it and the price basically is the same as Subway. highly recommend any Jersey Mike’s Subs they have real good consistency if you haven’t tried them do so you won’t be disappointed

First of all, I must say that I’m giving 1 star to this particular location, because of how bad I was treated by people who worked there(bunch of snooty Plano teenagers, I can’t believe I’m paying for their school systems). If I could give zero star, I would. I don’t eat here, because I don’t eat meat and the vegetarian sandwich and wraps they offer aren’t that good(believe me I tried them), but my spouse loves Jersey Mikes and the particular location. I was there to buy a sandwich for my spouse while he was at work. Now, it’s not hat complicated to place an order at a sandwich shop, but every time I opened my mouth, they had something else to say about it such as, «oh, it doesn’t come like that or this!!». Ok, I’m just telling you what my spouse wanted on his sandwich. I was so tired of them treating me like a dumbass during this whole process, I shut my mouth. I paid with cash and wanted the purchase credited to his Jersey Mike reward card and the jackass said«Oh you don’t have to worry about that, because you’re paying cash!» Yes, I get that, but I want this purchase credited towards the reward program. He said nothing. I stood there for about 10 minutes and they said nothing. Then I realized that they left the sandwich sitting there and failed to tell me it was ready(I’m sure they’re being a dick about it, because I wasn’t taking their nonsense). I grabbed it and left the establishment and told myself never to return. I gave the sandwich to my spouse and he said that it wasn’t how he wanted. These jerks didn’t or couldn’t even make the sandwich correctly. They’re so stupid they can’t even make the sandwich correctly just to be annoying and being jerks. I’m done going to this place.

I usually LOVE jersey mikes, but lately not only this location, but almost all the other ones never have what I want. When I went this past weekend, their case was empty of meat, they had no American cheese. Usually they have no white bread. Then the toppings, those were empty and looked horrible! They needed to desperately restock those items. Even the person behind me made a comment that it looked like there was nothing there. I think my days of going to Jersey Mikes are going to be over.

Ever since NY Philly Cheese Steak closed without warning several years ago I have been on a quest to find a cheese steak to take it’s place. I saw a flyer for Jersey Mike’s and the cheese steak looked pretty good so I thought I’d give it a try and I was not disappointed. Usually when I go for a cheese steak in this town I leave the restaurant let down & still craving a cheese steak but Jersey Mike’s was pretty darn good. If anyone in Plano remembers NY Philly Cheese Steak over there across the street from the dollar movies, Jersey Mike’s comes the closest to it that I’ve found.

This location is so clean and the staff are extra nice! Nothing better than a fresh deli mini… Mike’s way, babee! I’m not a fan of the Greenville location so I will continue to visit the East Plano location.

I find myself comparing every sib shop to my favorite from my childhood. Whereas none have compared(yet), Jersey MIke’s was about the closest yet. You choose the meat and cheese and your selection of toppings. The boys working there seemed very excited about the product and pushed the ‘MIke’s Way’ topping selection which is onions, lettuce, oil and vinegar. I took their suggestion on my turkey and cheese. I would go for fewer onions and no oil next time but the sandwich was really good. The sandwich was really good and I appreciated the enthusiasm of the kids working. If in the area I would definitely go again, or at least try a Jersey Mike’s closer to my place.

Really like this place. Even when it’s super busy, they guys are really fast making your sandwich. I recommend if you’re on a time crunch that you order & pay for your sangwitch online — they have it ready in 20 minutes and you literally cut to the front of the line and pick it up. I’ve done this twice and both times it was made very well. The cheeseteak is really good if you’re feeling like a fat kid(super greasy, but a great occasional change-up from my standard turkey/provolone on wheat). This place is kind of weird in that I’ve *only* seen guys working there, and a lot of them seem like stoners. Some of them have even gotten a little up in each others faces while I’ve been there. But all in all, they do a good job at making sandwiches so I could care less about their restaurant politics.

I may need an intervention. I’ve now eaten lunch at Jersey Mike’s 3 times in 2 weeks. The 1st visit was curiosity, the 2nd visit was to confirm that my first visit wasn’t a fluke — gotta make sure I don’t misrepresent and all — and the 3rd visit was purely selfish. My 1st sandwich was a #8, Club Sub, with turkey, ham, provolone, bacon and mayo, fully dressed(Mike’s Way). It was good enough to make me drool a little while I was writing my review. Paired with sea salt and vinegar chips, my tummy did a happy dance all the way through the afternoon. My 2nd sandwich was a #43, Chipotle Cheese Steak. Big, hot, spicy, crunchy, gooey love is what this sub was all about. I don’t care if it’s authentic or not, this bad boy was delicious. The chipotle mayo gave it a spicy bite and the cheese completely melted into a tasty glue that held the whole thing together. The grilled onions and peppers were perfectly cooked to be soft without being mushy. Who wants mushy veggies? My 3rd sandwich was a #9, Club Supreme, with roast beef, turkey, swiss, bacon and mayo, decorated Mike’s Way. Holy shit, batman. This one almost did me in. I don’t know how they make their bread crunchy, chewy(in a good way) and soft all at the same time, but I like it. The mixture of spices and vinegar and oil gives these sandwiches a very pleasant zing. But the biggest reason I’m taking Jersey Mike’s into 5 star territory is the staff. I’m pretty sure the owner has worked the register the last 2 visits and he couldn’t be more friendly if he sat on my lap and wiped the corners of my mouth. The rest of the staff, in all their beefcake glory, are just as pleasant. You hardly notice moving down the line because of the easy banter. Jersey Mike’s is so good that all the other sub shops in town should be shaking in their boots right about now. You know who you are, fellas.
