McDonald’s

Food is great for breakfast and lunch. Drive thru is great at this location during lunch. Unless you get the one that just can’t make up his or her mind. But it is different at night. and it also depends on the manager.
The standards drop big time at night. the quality just goes out the window at night. I just go there for lunch.
during the day the bathroom are cleaned at night it smells like urine.
not sure what his name is and not trying to be racial but the Mexican manager there mostly during the days, he is always on point directing traffic
(his employees) and keeping them busy. he himself Will go outside to the parking lot and pick up trash, I’ve also seen him wipe tables down. that’s a manager that is not scared to gets his hands dirty and a leader. keep up the good work sir. Needs to trickle over to nights. the restaurant is only getting a 4 star because of him. without him should be a 1 star.

I had a really bad experience at this McDonalds and it made me actually very upset. While waiting in line a young lady with her 3 kids literally cut in front of me in line and the lady behind the cash register starts helping her. The lady with the kids asked the cashier in Spanish, «Do you mind if you help me first I have kids.» and the cashier responded, «Its fine he doesn’t understand us anyways.» Well, I did, I speak Spanish. It was something that made me extremely upset because if the lady would have asked I would have had no problem letting the woman and her kids go in front of me. Once it was my turn the lady at the cash register then disappeared and literally took her time, delivered her food to the table, all while I was waiting for service. Finally, I asked for some help and a manager, I think it was a manager she had a different color shirt, helped me and gave me a ton of attitude I guess for wasting her time. It was the absolute worst service I have ever had and its fast food so I wasn’t expecting much. Needless to say I will never eat at this McDonalds again.

Standard McDonald’s food but the service is terrible. Ordered two simple meals, they managed to mess up both orders.

went there early in the morning today, got some sandwiches and stuff… they actually asked me to move up because of their time. so i said no i was here for my food, and i had payed like the guys behind me, wtf do i care about their time? if something is missing or not in my bag, i would have turned around and wasted more time. so i just stayed there… seems like the staff only speaks spanish and that sucks. how do people even get hired at mcdonalds?

This is the FASTEST drive through I have ever been in, anywhere! They have it down to a science. Now, I don’t want to know what it takes to move me through the drive through at record speeds — like my food has been sitting in a warmer for a while, or my food isn’t made exactly fresh — but they’ve got me hooked!
PLUS when you have a sleeping baby in the backseat, a quick drive thru and great service are your best friend!
I haven’t ordered food at a McDonald’s in probably 5+ years, I come for the $ 1 Large Diet Cokes — a real woman’s coffee :) However, at the bottom of my receipt was a coupon for a BYGO Egg McMuffin if I took the survey when I got home. Done and done.
So when I had to head out before the sun peaked over the plains this morning I thought I’d use my coupon. Oops, I forgot that people are going to work at this time and the drive thru was quite backed up. I was tight on time, but thought I’d risk it and jump in. WOW! I pulled up, was immediately (and cheerfully) greeted and my order taken. You barely had time to put your foot on the break, the line just kept moving. I pulled up, paid, rolled to the pick-​up window where I was handed my glorious Diet Coke and Egg McMuffins all with a smile, and I was on my way. TWO MINUTES and I ordered, paid and was back on the road. Very impressive.
I will be back.

This is one of, if not THE best McDonalds I have ever been to. I rarely if ever review fast food places, but this restaurant consistently gives me my food fast, correctly, and with a smile. In the morning they have a guarantee that you will get your food in under 2 min from order to window that they usually follow thru with! I have only been inside once to pickup a couple meals for the office so I can’t say much about the cleanliness inside but it looked good to me. Well done.

Good customer service. However, they gave me cold and old fries… yuck!

These people screwed up our drive through order, and didn’t even respond when I complained via their website. The managers must not even care, and the employees don’t even know how to read a ticket.
I came here one evening with a friend. We ordered two drinks, chicken nuggets and some oatmeal. They nearly forgot to give us the oatmeal and the second drink. If we hadn’t checked the bag (we only did because we were worried when they didn’t have the drink), we would have driven off without our food. After we complained, a kid handed us a second bag, with a sideways bowl of oatmeal. When we returned home, there were more disappointments. My «fruit and maple» oatmeal didn’t taste at all like maple, and was filled with sour chunks of apple. Also, we weren’t given any straws or sauce for the chicken nuggets.

Theses guys get my drive thru order on the money and fast every morning!
