Wolf Camera and Image

Awesome store but horrible customer service. I went there with money in hand to spend over $ 1000 and changed my mind because the damn sales person was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I ended taking my business somewhere else

The store is great. It has lots to offer even classes for basic photography techniques. The only thing is that it’s a hit or miss with the customer service. When you walk in they may or may not greet you and you may have to hunt down an associate to help you or get them to break away from standing at the counter… or from their computers. You will eveeeentuallllly get help but it’s a bummer that it takes a while. Step up your customer service game up please Wolf Camera!

They have an app so I downloaded my pics I picked out for the lockets I was gifting. When I got there to pick up my order they were incredibly busy but I was immediately greeted and my pictures were handed to me. I realized that I ordered sizes too big and the clerk informed me that they have locket prints and he told me if I wait a few minutes he will get them ready for me. As promised a few minutes later I got my awesome prints with 15 different sizes so I can pick what fits best. I was extremely happy and only spent 10 dollars on 2 sets of wallet prints, and 2 sets of locket pictures.

Very nice shop. If I wasnt happy they made sure I got my prints to look the way I wanted. Very fast too

We had an amazing photographer for our wedding and she recommended Wolf Camera for any basic photo-​printing needs. Well, I needed to print a bunch of photos for the holiday season and decided to give Wolf Camera a try.
Man, I wish they had more local stores b/​c their service is so convenient! Sure, there are 1-​hr photo places all around in the big brick-​n-​mortar stores (CVS, Walgreens, Target, Office Depot, etc) but if you’ve ever used their photo printing services before, you probably know how horrible they are. Awful colors, weird dimensions, and outright bad photos. But here at Wolf Camera, you get professional photos printed right! I printed about 200 prints of 4×6 and 5×5 and they all came out very nicely. Their website is kind of clunky but the web uploader application didn’t cause any problems. Simple interface with many sizing options and finishes at a reasonable price.
It’s cheaper to get the photos shipped but if you need the photos fast, it doesn’t get any easier than this. The store itself sells a lot of professional camera equipment as well. The photo pickup literally took 30 seconds, no hassle. I guess I’ll be coming back here for all of my future printing needs.
