Passed by here and decided to come in as the bf and I were in search for furniture. Came in and our first impression was that it was very modern over here. We were more interested in the rugs than the furniture itself because they were heavily overpriced.
We walked around the whole store, no less than 10mins, then we sat down because after looking for a salesperson, I decided I would search for the price instead of waiting around. That took another 5 mins of looking through rugs on my phone and finally someone showed up.

I moved into Dallas from California and was in a dire hurry to set up a new residence and corporate headquarters under a week. After shopping around the best contemporary furniture stores in the city, it was only Zilli who gave me superior service, with guaranteed next day delivery, even bringing set pieces as far away as Houston! The owner was a gentleman of immense chivalry and attention to detail, earning my undying appreciation and easy 5 star rating! Repeat customer for sure! :-)

With as much furniture store competition as Dallas has, the only way to differentiate and be better than the rest is in the customer service space — both during the sale and after (that is if you care about repeat business).
Terrible customer service at this store — don’t expect a response to an email or a phone call back if you leave a message with one of the sales associates — and good luck with management if you get them on the phone and explain that you have a problem with your furniture — zero accountability and zero help fixing the problem.
Plenty of other places to buy modern looking furniture in DFW. Don’t make the same mistake as me.
