Helzberg Diamonds

The worst place ever to go to get your wedding ring cleaned! The lady in black bent my wife’s wedding ring and then she didn’t even apologize. She just argued with me and then walked away nonchalantly. The short, stocky man that works there was extremely rude! Both of them should be fired! He said, «you just don’t like me because I’m Muslim.» This was such an inappropriate comment and he also walked away and didn’t even help me out. I only put a star on this comment because it will not let me post this without selecting at least one. They don’t deserve a star. I give them zero stars.
I meant to post this review on the helzberg in Livermore.

My fianc’e and I went in to look at wedding bands. We had seen some prospective choices online and went in on a whim. We had looked at dozens of jewelry stores but our experience with Helzberg was different because their attitude was not a salesy approach and much more about finding us the perfect rings we wanted. If you have been looking for bands for awhile, you know the typical question is not «Congratulations, where are you having the ceremony?»
Shawna Thorson and another newer associate (cannot remember the woman’s name) were great. They found the rings we had saw online and happened to be in the store. They were a great value and the customer service experience was wonderful. Will definitely return for special occasion purchases.

Customer service was unmatched! Purchased a necklace from Helzberg and 1.5 years later the necklace broke and i lost the pendent. I still had the necklace and knowing it was a long shot went in and explained my situation to the store manager. She at that point advised me that there was nothing she could do. She apologized and took my phone number. She said she would see what she could to and call me the next day. I walked out of there thinking I was S.O.L and wasnt expecting any phone call in return. Next day, I get a call from her advising she was still working on it, and will call me in 2 days. 2 days later I received a call asking when I could come in and pick up the new necklace. Being in the customer service industry I can truly say this place is on top of everything.
I had an issue and they went more than the extra mile to resolve it. They set promises and followed through with every single one. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’v ever had.

They have good prices and nice rings. I’ve already bought a ring and a bracelet for my wife from them, and they’ve been helpful each time my wife and I came in. Even got a free bear for christmas with our purchase back when we bought it.
