The amount of food is less than that of other branches. I hope that they can improve it soon.

I waited 25min in the drive-through tonight. I felt stuck. I just wanted to leave. Understaffing and ability to hold employees has been noticeable and has been going on for a significant amount of time. Fix your $&@&

Hate to write a bad Taco Bell review, because I really like their food. This location is always understaffed, you just wait, wait, and wait. If you are in drive thru, they pour your Baja Blast Freeze, when you order, but it is melted by the time you pay. Cheap a$$ franchisee!

This place sucks. Management needs to step in and make sure the employees are doing their job right. They didn’t just get our order wrong. But didn’t give us two items. How do you forget to give people what they ordered and on top of that it wasn’t even busy.

Honestly, I’m not usually one to write a reveiw. Especially at a fast food place. However, this is just rediculous. On my lunch break I often come to this taco bell because it is the closest to where I work so I’ve been here quite a bit. The staff is usually fine and i dont really ever have problems. Once in a while, something in my order will be wrong(sauce in something when I said no sauce) but I usually overlook it as I only have 30 minutes on my break and need to get back on time and sauce is not the end of the world. I came here today and went thru the drive thru(not busy at all. There was one car and they were already at the window waiting for their food) and upon pulling up, a voice comes out of the speaker saying«what do you want» ok… I just asked for a quesadilla with a Baja blast. «That it?» Uh no can I also get a Baja blast freeze as well? And as I start to add one more thing he interrupts with«That it?» No. Can I also get a side of nachos? «That it?» Yes, that should do it. «You sure?» Are you kidding me? «You sure?» And the entire time he had the absolute worst attitude. I get to the window hand him my card, he hands it back to me with the regular Baja blast that I first asked for. A minute or so goes by and he opens the window and says«outta freeze.» Ok… he didn’t offer a different freeze or another drink for that matter even though I’d already paid for one so I just told him I’d take another regular Baja blast. Lord forbid that I ask him for a drink carrier(the cup holders in my car are terrible). He rolled his eyes. He looked like he was around 18 – 21. Why get a job in customer service if you can’t be nice? It was absolutely rediculous.

Came here one night, praying that I would not regret it later ;) the only thing I regret is not getting the 12 pack of cinnamon delights. This place is superb. Do not be distracted by the in n out across the street. This place is definitely a stop you must take when coming to Pleasanton. They have marvelous bean burritos that run right through you. Hector is fantastic and very friendly. He gives a perfect amount of hot sauce and napkins. He had a smile that made the cinnamon delights even sweeter. Never actually went inside, but the drive through is spectacular. When paying, they have a little machine on the window that tells you the price of your delicious meal before your server has the chance to tell you, saving time and breaths. If having trouble with constipation, don’t bother buying laxatives, come here and enjoy yourself a nice steak quesadilla. The water was delicious and didn’t have any bugs which is also a plus. This place really takes you to Mexico. I hear they even have piñata on Tuesdays. This is a place where boys become men. Definitely want my child to be a part of this team. Great for birthday parties and wedding catering. Don’t have thanksgiving meal ready? Just come here and help yourself to an array of choices that will leave everyone at the table wanting more. 10/10, would recommend to a friend, would rate 6 out of 5 stars, must come visit hector, definitely coming back. :) Update 1 hour later: My stomach does not agree with my review. However my view still stands. It is worth all the trouble you will have approximately 45 minutes after consuming the meal of the gods. What doesn’t kill you only makes you stronger. A spectacular experience.

Closed 15 minutes early, minimum! 4 people standing outside banging on door I think spoked employee, so he let us in. Then at register, he informed me and others, «to go only». Wtf!!!

The food is Taco Bell food; you know what you’re getting. I personally have never had a problem at this location. I really just want to show appreciation for the other aspects of this location. I go here a few times a month maybe, and the service is always fast, the order is always correct, and the workers are always friendly. When there’s a short line, you are in and out of there in a snap and when there’s a long line things move along steadily. The person taking my order has never had an attitude and on the contrary, they always seem to be in a generally good mood. The good experiences we’ve had there over time have made my family more quick to suggest Taco Bell when we’re thinking of fast food.

Ugh. So on the positive, the lady at the drive thru was very friendly and quick. I was there Thursday night April 10th around 8pm. The negative comes from two areas. FIrst, there was a label/sticker INSIDE my smothered burrito. It was a small, white, expiration sticker like they put on the outside of produce or perishables. The really icky part was that the sticker was for April 6th expiration… and it was April 10th. I actually would have written that off as just a mistake. Not big deal. The bigger issue(and I’m not sure if this is related to this location or corporate recipe changes), but the food just didn’t taste good at all. I love Taco Bell, but I usually indulge about every 3 – 4 months when I’m craving it. But if this is the new food… I won’t be craving it. It’s the first time I’ve tried the smothered burrito. The shredded chicken was good, but could have used a bit more seasoning or salt. The rest of it was mushy and cold/lukewarm. I got take out, but I ate it within 5 minutes, so it shouldn’t have been cold. The bean burritos(my favorite favorite thing since I started eating Taco Bell 20 yrs ago) were bad… like really bad. The beans were runny, there was no identifiable cheese, and the worst part is that it is now an onion burrito. All I could taste were raw onions. Yuck. I hope this was just a mistake and not the new Taco Bell :-(

Hmm. after seeing the launch of the Taco Bell breakfast menu I decided to check it out myself. I first attempted to go to the Taco Bell on Santa Rita Rd near Rosewood Drive but they’re not offering the breakfast items and they sent me here to this location. I don’t frequent Taco Bell as I prefer more authentic tacos and burritos so this is purely based on breakfast. I ordered the waffle taco, Cinnabon delights, and a hash brown. The food was definitely made to order as I had wait, but I’m not complaining cause fresh is better(or I guess it could be cause they’re new items). I’d say the waffle taco is trying to compete against McDonalds McGriddle. So the similarities are the apparent tastes of the sausage, egg, and cheese with all of its greasiness! The McGriddle has the soft pancakes with infused syrup, whereas the waffle is slightly crunchy around the rims with a bit of softness in the middle section, think breakfast equivalent of the chalupa. If you have a sweet tooth, the Cinnabon delights are delicious with a cinnamon sugar coating and creamy semi-custard like filling and was quite tasty to me. Lastly, was my hash brown, which was the one item that didn’t really make an impression on me. It’s deep fried to a crisp but isn’t anything that I couldn’t easily make at home.

Worse Taco Bell ever… always hella stingy on the ingredients. Ordered a burrito supreme and bean burrito, both were practically the same size! The rice is dry and becomes hard, wtf… learn how to make food! I use to work at TB back in the day so theres no cooking here just steaming n frying… Ugh…

If you’re going through the drive-through, check your bag and make sure everything you ordered is in there before driving away. This location is notorious for leaving out items from your order. It’s happened to me on several visits.

First thing, I have always been a fan of Taco Bell. However I go to this location at least 2 times a week. It is right by my office. Typically there aren’t huge lines and I get my food quickly. I would give this location 5 stars but there have been stale taco shells probably 2 out of the 1000 times I’ve been there. The people are always very nice and have big smiles. Each time the taco shells were stale, the manager handled it very professionally and replaced them with fresh tacos free of charge. If you like quick and genuine service, go to this taco bell! You wont be disappointed!

I grew up eating Mexican food, which the key ingredient used to making Enchiladas and Taco’s were ground beef. For some odd reasons, the Mexican restaurants up in the Bay Area doesn’t have ground beef although they do have the following: Carne Asada(beef), Pescado(fish), El Pollo(chicken), Lengua(tongue) and Cabeza(head), but NO Ground Beef, which I never learned — why? When I got up first thing this morning, I craved for Ground beef crispy taco’s, which I asked myself, «From where?» I remembered having Taco Bell when I was in high school because our school got catered Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Subway. I looked up , clicked on the Menu and there it was — Crispy Taco made with seasoned ground beef, cheese, lettuce, oh my. I went to this location, which in the past, I ate once a year and the service has always been excellent. I went through their drive thru, which I ordered 3 crispy taco’s, 1 cinnamon twists and 1 apple empanada and a regular cherry Limnade or however you spell it. haha Even though the ground beef wasn’t an authentic taco’s you would get from an authentic Mexican place in the Central Valley, Taco Bell was able to fulfill my food cravings so 5 stars! If I’m ever craving for more Ground beef crispy taco’s, I’ll be definitely back. Yes, I could make my own Ground beef crispy taco’s at home, but I remember the flavor/tastes Taco Bell provided and I’ve always enjoyed their food. And yes, Taco Bell is considered junk food, BUT, as long as one eats in moderation, I see no problem with it. Definitely be back for more. Oh, their Cherry Limeade Sparkler = Delicious! Reminds me of Sherri Temples.

I knew that coming in at twenty before 1pm on a weekday wasn’t the best idea, but I figured the line wouldn’t be as bad as In-N-Out burger. But the drive-thru line looked so awful that I went inside. Bad idea. They had two cashiers working, but one of them kept disappearing to put out«fires» during the lunch rush. The second seemed either new or nonchalant, so when the manager-type took over his register to fix a customer’s problem, he began wiping down trays, and after she left for several minutes, continued wiping down trays while looking at a growing line of people waiting to place orders. The number of people waiting for their order was astronomical and quite a traffic jam. They were out of napkins and low on sauces. Again, no cashier and the line kept growing. The 2nd cashier came out to refill drink lids, but the level of lids was ok. No new napkins. Someone came back up to the counter with an error in her order. Finally my order was up — time spent in-store to get 3 taco supremes with no tomato: 20 minutes, making me officially late for my 1pm appointment. I ate 2 tacos, threw out the 3rd, and it turned out the person I was meeting with was more late then me — score! I should have gone to In-N-Out.
