Vans Triple Crown

Went to school shopping for my son and he decided to walk in Vans. I usually do not wear VANS, but as I was walking around I saw items that I thought I’d wear myself. Good variety. I wasn’t aware that they had kids shoes as well, so that piqued my interest even more.
My son ended up buying a few pairs of shoes and I actually bought my first pair of VANS shoes. I also noticed that the young man who helped us– Micka, Mika, or Micah (sorry if I misspelled his name– these days everyone seems to spell their names so differently) was very helpful. Seems that they have a young crew, which is great. Keep up the good work.

Great location! The service is exceptional, particularly from Jeremy! He’s personable and knowledgeable. The products are great too; I usually shop here for shoes, but occasionally will browse the apparel.

Super helpful people that always offer to lace your shoes for you! Great service in the shoe and clothing parts of the store.
The only reason I took off a star is because they were out of my boyfriend’s size in 2 different styles

I shopped here for the first time over the weekend to get shoes for my daughter. Our sales person greeted us, introduced himself (I believe his name was Josh). He was a very nice guy, so friendly and personable. We chatted about how busy the store was with all the back to school shoppers, all the cool styles, etc. He mentioned he was pretty new and this was only his 4^th shift at the store, but I would have never guessed because he was so confident and helpful. You don’t find this type of service everywhere, so I was appreciative for it. I’ll definitely be back.

Great customer service! I went I to several stores at the mall yesterday and this one was the only one who knows what customer service is. I wish I had found the shoes I was looking for but my size what out of stock. Impressive that such young staff blew the higher end stores out of the water with their attentive service. I called the manager and told him how awesome one young lady was. People are quick to call and complain and I wish more people gave recognition when deserved.

Sometimes I feel like I’m walking into a party I wasn’t invited to. The employees are like those girls from the movie Mean Girls, only the hipster version.
You can’t go wrong with a new pair of Vans every few years though.

The kids can never get enough of this place. They so so love it and also I found myself giving Baby Sara Cash so she can do her shopping/​She bought herself and her sister a pair of Vans shoes and the pricing was not bad at all.
The store was full of kids and skateboarders but I guess that’s why I waited outside

What more better quality shoes that a whole lot better than Nike and Addidas? Vans, of course! If you want shoes that will last, go buy quality shoes, not because it’s expensive, it’s because you don’t need to replace them over and over again. I think it’s pretty inexpensive for a $ 60-​$ 90 that will last me for 2 – 3 years. There are so much colors and patterns to choose from! The staff are really nice, even though it’s a very small branch, there are more than enough employees to help all of us Van fanatics with all our needs.
I will definitely come back to this place every 2 months or so to get me and my bf a pair of vans.

Well it was okay until the sales lady started following me around the store, asking me multiple times if I «need help», even while I was talking on the phone with my mom, which translates to: «I’m watching your punk ass because I think you’re going to shove a ton of merch down your skinny jeans and walk the fuck outta here without paying». I might add that the store was packed and she wasn’t hassling anyone else.
Yeah, yeah, I wasn’t carrying a purse, so you might have thought I was casing the joint and didn’t have any money, but I actually had a wallet full of credit cards and cash in my pocket. Hey, why don’t you go harrass the guy with the huge Fubu jeans or the girl with the purse that could fit two sweatshirts, a pair of shoes, ten belts, and a soccer ball in it instead?
Also, as far as variety goes, not so good. I could find so much more stuff online without having to deal with pain in the ass salespeople.

hmmmm… let me think… I own very few other brands of shoes. I am in love with my Vans sneakers. Maybe this is why I have guy trouble? Anywho, my vans slip-​ons are comfortable, and easy. In my line of work these are the only requirements! I also love the hats they have here. I think I also own several sweaters, a few t-​shirts, a sweatshirt, and two jackets. Now I know where my paychecks went!
