Love this place! I’ve taken out and dined in and every time it’s a great experience! Even with two kids they are patient and get the food out fast.

The Clubhouse continues to shine thanks to their great staff like Craig and Celestia. And did I mention one of the best happy hour burgers and fries for five bucks?

This place is great! I was looking for a place at Port Orchard to hold a private group dinner. I spoke with Kim, and she was absolutely delightful. She listened to everything we wanted to have on our reservation and she even gave us a better offer than we expected. It was hassle free, unlike some restaurants where you need to fight tooth and nail to get good deals and service. On the day of our reservation, everything was prepared in our rented private room. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed their meal. We had their Top Sirloin Steak, Chicken Risotto, and Pan Seared Salmon — all great food selection. It was a great experience for us and our guests. Overall delicious food and excellent customer service.

What a find! Located on a golf course this casual café style place is cheery and bright with small tables scattered between the restaurant and bar with a few booths too. The wait staff greet you immediately and are very helpful. We sat in the bar As we walked in during happy hour. They have a meatloaf sandwich with a side of mashed potatoes and. gravy and tomato jelly we ordered for $ 5 and teriyaki wings for $ 5 a glass of wine and a locally brewed beer for $ 5 and we LOVED our 20.80 dinner. With Tip we paid 31.00 we love to tip for great service and this place rocked. The food was to DIE for we cannot wait to go back and try other items on the menu. It’s hard to find new planes to eat out by where we live and we were excited to find this place!!!

Upon a recommendation by a member we decided to roll out to McCormick woods. I had the chicken & seafood risotto. The server gave me a little history about how they make it which is very interesting. If you like rich portage like food this dish is it. Our server was very nice and made sure that we were satisfied. This place is located on the golf course and offer an outstanding view on their patio. We also tried Hales Hefeweizen. Nice place.

Went for the first time on a Friday night. We made reservations for 6pm but we probably didn’t need to. It wasn’t too busy. However– by 630−7pm The place was packed! Good atmosphere. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. We ordered appetizers– onion rings and buffalo wings. The buffalo wings had amazing flavor. Saucy and messy like good wings should be. The tower of onion rings — yum! For dinner we all ordered the Friday night prime rib special. It was pretty good– not amazing. They came with mashed potatoes and green beans– Which was very tasty. Of course we ordered dessert. What self respecting foodie doesn’t? I had a rhubarb crumble– yum My husband and son both got chocolate cake. It was a huge piece. It was good. Very rich. IMO too much icing. And would have been better as a smaller piece served with ice cream. All the servers were pleasant and trained well. Definitely will return. Next time I’d like to sit outside!

Had the hamburger for lunch today. The meat was suppose to be 6 oz., maybe at one time, but not when served. It was dry and tasteless. The bun was way bigger than the meat. Good if you like bread. The service was very good that is why I gave it 2 stars.

Great patio for enjoying some sunshine! We went with friends for a cold beer and dinner. Nice well rounded beer selection on tap. Good pizza, fish & chips were fabulous and Asian chicken salad was delicious! Servers were attentive & knew the menu well. Patio has nice view of golf course we will be back!

The good — We had the Ling Cod & Chips, and the Clubhouse. Both were of good quality and pretty decent pricing. Dining room is furnished with a lodge feeling and there is a nice view from the deck. Parking was ample as well. Our waitress was pleasant and listened well to the order specifics. The bad — There were 8 tables seated including us and it took quite a while to get anything. It was surprising because there was a hostess, a bar tender/server, and 5 waitresses on the floor. The ugly — Just because you live in McCormick Woods and wear some butt ugly golf shorts riding around in your golf cart, doesn’t mean you and your 98% plastic wife should look down your noses at us «common folk». Get some class! Overall, probably wouldn’t go back here unless I happened to win a gift certificate or something.

Had lunch here on Wednesday with three business associates. We were in Port Orchard, WA and needed a nice to place to eat. Apparently someone in my lunch party had been here before. Atmosphere was pleasant, comfortable. I was not super hungry so decided to make a meal out of pita bread toasts w/hummus, big bowl of their world famous clam chowder(as the waitress put it). The waitress was super nice. If it were not for the waitress and atmosphere this would have been a 3 star experience. The hummus was okay, nothing very special. The waitress told me their clam chowder was the best in the world. Sadly is wasn’t. It was good clam chowder but nothing to rave about. It was a tad pricey but not out of range. Clearly this was an upscale establishment associated with a prominent golf course — so I get it. Would I dine here again? Probably not immediately. Saw many options in this cute little town I would like to try. Down the road? Yeah sure.

10 of us went to Easter brunch which was served buffet style. The server only brought coffee, water and 2 cocktails and never refilled waters. We were not told in advance of the 18% «service charge» which came to $ 44.70 for our group. In addition, we were charged tax on the food and the service charge. At the end of the meal, the server indicated that was her«tip» and that it was not necessary to leave an additional tip. I wrote a letter protesting this charge as excessive and asking for a refund but did not receive a reply. The food and presentation were top notch and the price of the meal was comparable but the service charge was felt to be unreasonable.

So I don’t usually rant, but I am going to do just that. Sunday am thought we’d get a burger, fries and salads from our neighborhood grill and watch the game at home — but, didn’t turn out so great. Eddie went to pick up our order to go and brought it home only to find a greased out burger, a couple cold greasy fries, a «Wilty ½ Wedge Salad» and cold clam chowder. We keep trying to be won over by the Clubhouse BUT they just keep messing up! Only reason we go on occasion is to see Tara, Craig and Marty. I hope they get it together soon! Looking at all reviews, sad, we(Ed and I) wrote two a while back that were good, wish we could say the same now.

I heard about this place from looking for somewhere to play golf on Unilocal.Well I was riding around today and decided to stop in for lunch to see if my fellow Unilocal’r’s were right. & they were. I had the BBQ Burger with bacon and I was pleasantly surprised. Great place to stop in for lunch. The strawberry lemonade was just OK, but I didn’t go in for the drinks. Great lunch spot. Can’t wait to try dinner.

This is definitely one of the best restaurants around. The food and service are very good. It is especially good during the summer months when the deck is open. For someone who eats there frequently, I think they could change up their menu more. It is reasonably priced and has a very nice atmosphere.

Consistently great all the way around. Whether dining in the bar or the dining room, service is exceptional. The restaurant was renovated recently. It is inviting and comfortable. The risotto is delicious as is the Mac and cheese. A wide variety of items on a range of prices for everyone. Kids eat free on Monday and their lunch special is great at only $ 9.99.

Great bar. Super patio for drinks and/or food. The menu is good. I prefer breakfast or lunch, but I continue to go for dinner too. My dad won’t stop talking about the tuna sandwich and how good much he likes it. My favs are breakfast and the reuben.
