I have never been a huge fan of banks, but this location is always so friendly that even on busy days when I have to wait in line for a few minutes I don’t really mind. The staff remembers me and where I work and always asks how I am and takes the time to make conversation. I don’t feel like just a transaction when I come in to this branch. I have had bad service at other locations, but never here!

Horrible customer service today, went in asking if I can apply for checks and my answer was to call the number on the back of my card. I told them I needed to pay my rent soon and they didn’t care. I then went to another Bank of America and they had no issue helping me out. They helped me apply for the checks and also since the checks wouldn’t arrive for a week they told me about money orders. I appreciate them telling me about that and I was able to pay my rent. I felt so frustrated that I called Bank of America Washington square and told them what had happen and they responded by hanging up on me. I do not appreciate this kind of customer service and will never return to this branch!

I used to bank here. I also volunteer for a small non profit. My business did over 50k in transactions every month, so I asked them if they would waive the monthly fee for the non profit, which exceeded half our deposits. They said no, so I moved both accounts.

I have been coming to this Bank of America location since 2008AND I HAVENEVERHAD A SINGLEBADEXPERIENCETHERE!!! I go into the bank at least once a month and every time I am greeted politely and professionally. There is never a long wait, and it is often very busy. This staff is very efficient yet you never feel as if they are rushing you. They have helped me with multiple checking issues, upgrading my checking to get me a better account, help with my savings and upgrading my savings account, credit card options and getting the best credit card, and more. Even with all this, I have never been aggressively«Up Sold» for anything. The tellers remember you and actual aspects of your conversations. The Sales & Service professionals act as advocates for you and are honest about what they can and can’t do for you, they do not overpromise. Every person there is calm, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Other than throwing free money my way, I cannot ask for a better banking experience.
