Pretty good breakfast. The burritos are huge. Order one for two of you and it will be about right. My 13 yr old son couldn’t finish his and neither could I. They have several decent beers there on tap, although it wasn’t THAT kind of breakfast so I didn’t try one. It’s a quirky little spot shoehorned into a triangular wedge of land between 2 streets. Parking is also a bit tight, but not terribly problematic. The staff were both really friendly, and helpful. I’d go again if in the neighborhood, if nothing else to try the burgers that everyone raves about.

I was looking forward to eating here because of the reviews. Sadly disappointed. I ordered the chicken Brest sandwich. They were out of Swiss so got cheddar instead. Here’s the kicker… the«breast» was actually thinly sliced and I got one thin slice. ½ piece of bacon and dry roll. My husband liked his burger ok but the bun was stale. Friendly counter girl but the place is uncomfortably silent. They need some tunes going! Canyon grill needs to up their game in my opinion.

Great little spot for weekend breakfast. The portions are huge. Today I got the scramble which has tots on the bottom. More than I could eat. Extra bonus they serve mimosas for $ 4.50. Coffee and mimosasa with a great breakfast. Perfect start to the weekend.

This is the spot for a burger, so freaking good and nice service from the owner. Try the candy sauce it is mandatory if you are a first timer.

I visited Canyon Grill with some friends for the first time and I’ve taken my spouse to eat there recently. The burger was very good but I wished they had different bun choices to pick from. The orings and tots are also very good! You can go inside to order or you can sit at a table and someone will come to take your order. There are some small tables inside but there are also some tables outside under a «tent» attached to the building and some that are outside not covered. I call it a tent b/c I honestly do not know what to call the structure. The tables outside are a mix of card tables w/folding chairs and reg tables and chairs. They also have a tv inside and a tv outside under the tent. Most people bus their own table if you sit outside under the tent since the dirty dishes cart and trash are right there but you don’t have to. I have been here to eat during the winter and have sat outside in the tent and was not cold at all b/c they have a heater to keep everyone warm. There are parking spots across the road that I noticed the 2nd time I visited other than that it’s street parking or to park in the strip mall’s lot across the road. There is a restroom available for paying customers but I can’t comment on it’s condition as I have not used it but it’s on the outside at the opposite end from the tent. They do have different hours than other places so check that before making a trip there to eat.

Yesterday we saw this burger place we have driven by so many times and not stopped. We decided to stop today. I ordered the Blu cheese burger. While we were waiting we were greated by a gentleman who I presumed was the manager, he was so friendly. We’ll the food came and was out of this world. The burger was huge 1⁄3rd lb jucey and we’ll prepared. The French fries were seasoned with there own seasoning. I will return and would recommend it to everyone.

How times change. Since moving from Beaverton I did not know what exact location Canyon Grill was. As we drove up with my adult daughter and her husband, it brought back memories of my youth. If you are from the area you know this little wedge of a building was once a Dairy Queen. Still the Same tiny space with a little outdoor eating area that was added on. Looking at the place it is not one that would make you do a double take, go around the block to go eat. The good reviews lead us here and I am glad. Inside there is room for about 10ish and the outside has a little more space with a large flat screen. The outside is covered with a curtain that can be drawn on one side and a solid wall on the other. We sat outside. I watched a young lade taking a order at other table. The other table was already eating. We must be next. We sat there as the young lady turned around said nothing at all and went inside. She was gone for longer then expected. Then came back and asked if we needed menus. No hello, how are you doing, no smile. Having a bad day? After we got our menus a gentleman came out. Asked if we have been here before. He explained the menu. What they make from scratch and so on. He was very personable and friendly. Another lady brought our order. She was also very personable. My husband enjoyed his Egg on Your Face Burger, my daughter said the beef on the Grand sandwich was very tender, Son-in-law had to get the signature Canyon Burger. I had the Chicken melt but felt something was missing. I went to check the menu to make sure before I said anything. BACON! They apologized and brought me my bacon and a little extra. The prices are reasonable for the amount of food. To bad we live 30 miles away now. Would be one of our regulars jaunts.

This place is great. Perfect cheeseburgers with crisp iceberg lettuce, tomato, and pickle. The milkshake was just right, not too thick or runny, and served with the metal cup it was made in – as a milkshake should be! The kid burger was a full size burger with fries, milk, and a homemade cookie. I had a mushroom swiss burger, and it had fresh sautéed mushrooms. Thank goodness!(I forgot to ask, because canned are not the same.) The fries are really good, and they are seasoned well. Try the canyon sauce if you like special sauces with a kick! The ranch was good too. The owner is nice and friendly. I really enjoyed eating here with my family and will come back. The décor is nice and you can tell they take pride in the restaurant and food. Also, as a mom of two littles, I really appreciate a clean bathroom!

Well this is a DELICIOUS burger shack in a random part of town. Someone who lives in the area recommended it, and my goodness was I glad I had that conversation! The burgers are HUGE and was cooked medium-rare, just as requested. The SAUCE is the BOSS, by no exaggeration in this circumstance! Clothes beware! The burger was stacked high with grilled peppers, bacon and cheese(their traditional burger– forget it’s name). Highly recommended. Nice patio outside to enjoy it under. I ordered onion rings which were pretty greasy, but let’s be honest, I won’t be docking any points for foul play there. People who were working the place were very helpful and friendly. I can’t wait to get back in that part of town because this is one burger I will have to hit up repeatedly! 5 stars, best burger I’ve had in Portland. Cheers!

Canyon grill is right down the road from my house. It looks like a dive and is quite unassuming but it’s quite delicious! My fiancé eats there regularly and loves the canyon burger with everything on it. He’s obsessed! Also, their beef is good quality and prices are great. Definitely try it out if you are on canyon road!

If you want a new experience, try Canyon Grill. The food is delicious… sandwiches, burgers, fries, shakes. They are not always the quickest, but everything is made to order and flavor and portion size are two thumbs up!

Canyon Grill is a small independent eatery that serves good good food. However, their most delectable food is the Grand Canyon Burger. If you do go to Canyon Grill, then make sure to try their burgers. You will not be disappointed with either the taste or the portion sizes.

Really small and random location, but the food is soooooo good and tasty. I had the canyon burger there the first time I tried it. It is amazing, but really messy and hard to eat. I’ve had a number of other things that usually deliver pretty consistently. I wish the prices were down a dollar or two. Seems a little steep paying 10.95 for a takeout burger, but worth every penny if you are in need of a juicy burger with great sauce and toppings. I would definitely be here a lot more if the burgers were around the 7 – 9 dollar range instead of the 9 – 11, but they DO all come with awesome fries. They have really short hours on Sunday’s, so they are most likely already closed if you are thinking about heading over on a Sunday.

The bbq burger was messy and not the good in my humble opinion, but I’m not a huge bbq fan. The turkey sandwich with avocado was great, And their fries, with the yummy seasoning! We mixed the apple milkshake with caramel and it was insanely good. Would go again, for sure.

Second time coming. The first time I decided to try this place was based on Unilocal reviews. I grabbed a burger and fries. The Burger seemed over rated. It was a good burger but by the time I got home it was cold and the bread was soggy from the sauce.(The sauce by the way is delicious!) I do not want to base my review merely on that instance without trying another dish inside the restaurant. Therefore, I decided to go back! BUT this time for dine in. being I had a burger for lunch earlier in the day, I asked for the waiters opinion on the second best item on their menu and he recommended«The Grand» which is their version of a Philly cheesesteak. This sandwich comes in Steak Or Chicken, We chose the steak! Success. The sandwich is defiantly big enough for two people! We made the mistake of ordering two and still had our second halves to take home. Very nice portions of meat and vegetables + cheese and their special«canyon sauce». The only thing I would change would be a little more seasoning on the meat. Very friendly staff and the place was clean.

What is a good early summer day without an over indulgence of chocolate shake a killer fried egg burger and some fries straight out of the pages of a 60s hot rod movie… The only thing this place is missing is roller skates and a couple of bucket seat roadsters out front… GREATPLACE… KILLERFOOD! It takes a lot to pull a 5 star review you guys did it… Thanks…

Im going to give my burger a 3.5. Let me start at the beginning. I miss cheeseburgers. The beef ones. For 10 years now they have been forbidden due to my estranged husband’s somewhat overinflated concerns about mad cow).So. No beef nothing. And most of it, i could live without. But I missed cheeseburgers. See, after spending a number of years as a vegetarian I fell off that wagon when I got pregnant with my daughter. The husband person wasnt quite as focused on the mad cow issue yet. Beteeen the edict«no more beef, lamb, or buffalo shall be eaten in the kingdom«and now(having fled said kingdom), I would do an occasional secret, solo stop at Burgerville, Little Big Burger, Rachels(r.i.p.)or Bakers in Hillsboro. Or Whole Foods. Today I wanted a cheeseburger in the worst way. I wasnt close to any of those. Hmm. Canyon grill. Id been there for breakfast with estranged husband and salivated over the burger descriptions. The special Canyon Burger has everything on it and probably enough calories for two days but I didnt care. I went for it. The nice man at the counter told me it comes with fries(which they will swap out for tots or rings for a small fee). They also charge 25 cents for a to go box. It was not busy at 11:30. My burger came fast. It had: avocado, swiss cheese, grilled onions, roasted red peppers, bacon, lettuce shreds, tomato slices, pickles, and a Painted Hills Beef patty on a yummy bun. It all tasted really good. The fries were also fine. Not special. I got Canyon Sauce(like a slightly spicy fry sauce) to dip my fries into as offered to me by the nice man. He made sure I had a bag and napkins.($ 10.20 plus I tipped $ 2) Good thing I had napkins! My only beef(and I should have read Valerie’s review first) was the quantity of Canyon Sauce on my burger. It makes it way too wet. Way. Too. Wet. So to sum up. Nice people. Local beef. Tasty food. Get the Canyon Sauce on the side, not on the burger. Still. My pesky cheeseburger craving is satisfied, for now.
