Moved out of their neighborhood but still drop my dry cleaning.

I have not been pleased with the results at this cleaner (stain removals etc.) but since it was the most convenient I kept with them. Recently though I was told that I could not have heavy starch on my work shirts so I decided to find a new place near my work. The new place did heavy starch on my shirts and had them back to me in 24 hrs, no extra charge.

I appreciated that I just took some pillows and other blankets, etc. to be cleaned and they were nice enough to tell me how to easily clean the pillows myself so I didn’t have to spend the money for them to do it!!! That was awesome.
They always do a good job on things I leave for them.

I’ve been using Catrick Cleaners for a long long time and always found them to be very helpful, polite, prompt and fair. They did lose one shirt of mine a while back but compenstated me for it. The service is excellent and the quality of cleaning always first rate. I don’t know how their prices compare but don’t care since I get great quality.

The staff at Catrick cleaners seem helpful. I haven’t used them for dry cleaning, but I do like their shoe repair. They outsource the shoe repair and so the mark up is definitely there, but so is the convience of having them in the neighborhood.

My experience with the staff and this business is far different than the person before me. The staff here is great. It basically only took the two main people I see when I go a couple of times before remembering my name. They provide great customer service and have a loyal following based on others I’ve seen in the shop. Price wise they may be a little bit more expensive than other dry cleaners on the west side, but they do a good job. I’d been to a bunch in the past trying to find the right people to do the job, but these people know how to do it especially when it comes to pressing garments!

This drycleaners ruined a comforter I took in for a small repair.
They do not listen to customer requests and take it upon themselves to do what they think is best. They do terrible work, are very rude, and do not compensate the customer for their mistakes.
