I had a bad customer experience in the past with this location and I swore that I wouldn’t come back. Well one day as I was walking past the store a young man came up to me and introduced himself as the new store manager and asked if I was a regular shopper here at the mall. We started talking and I told him I had Cricket Wireless already, one thing led to the next and I ended up walking out of there with a brand new phone and he even threw a free case in with it. Love the new management and staff !!!

I highly recommend this store at Mall 205 because the manager, Julio, is super helpful and will really take his time with you. I just bought my very first smart phone here. I am a senior and had a lot of questions. Julio must have spent an hour with me, answering all my questions, letting me try different phones in my pocket to judge size, and not pressuring me at all. When I finally chose the phone, he helped me set up my email and other things on the phone. Then I decided to buy a Bluetooth headset, and he brought out several in my price range and told me about each. When I chose one, he set it up on my phone and then called me so I could practice using it, set the volume, etc. I also bought a case for the phone and he fit the phone in it and put on the screen protector for me. I mean, this guy spent A LOT of time on a Saturday morning helping me out! When I finally left, he told me to come back any time if I have questions. I couldn’t believe he said that, after all the time he’d already spent on me, ha ha. Anyway, if you’re looking for a good store, it’s really all about the customer service, and I highly recommend this store if you can get Julio Perez to help you. He is also the store manager, and he’s been working for Cricket for a long time, so he knows his stuff.
By the way, I spent a lot of time researching prepaid smart phone plans, and Cricket’s is about the cheapest in the Portland area if you want 2.5 gigs of 4G Lte data.
