Rachael is awesome. She spent a few minutes before the massage listening to what was going on and assessing my status and explaining what might be happening with my muscles in my body and what we would focus on during the session. Her massage was extremely relaxing and she was very intuitive and focused in on the problem spots. I didn’t even know I could be sore in a few places until Rachel found the soreness and relieved the pressure. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely go back for more maintenance work. Highly recommended!

Rachael has been treating me after a car accident the work had met me at my pain level and she really talks to me about the frustration of recovery which has helped a lot. It is a long process but I am feeling better and better. Thank you Evolve!
