This place is great, I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Sherri, she’s the best!
Getting the membership is a great savings if you get this service done frequently. Otherwise $ 15 to have your brows done is worth it… remember to tip your aesthetician people!

Terrible place with no customer courtesy. I got a new card from my bank b/​c so my membership charges didnt go through a couple months back and when i went in next time I told them I didnt want to renew it. They didnt give me any paperwork and now the corporate HQ transfered my account to a collections agency without letting me know just because they called a couple of times and couldn’t talk since I was at work and I told them I will call back. I had to pay for something that I did not get services for ($ 71). Also the district manager was extremely rude when i called and did not seem to offer any reconciliation instead said I could pay another $ 15 to make my membership active on top of the declined membership charge. I have membership with other spas etc and this is definitely a first where because of a declined renewal charge after which the customer didn’t even avail any services, instead of auto cancelling, you charge the customer and also pass the account to a collections agency without informing. Horrible experience. Please stay away from membership

This place is great. I didn’t have time before my trip to get my brows done, but needed it desperately. Jessie was kind and took her time to make sure she got all my little strays!
Threading costs $ 15, but worth it for the location and the service.

I am member of EyebrowPlus. This is the best deal because you can go as often as you want for a three month fee.
Threading is the way to go for me — no hot wax and no breakouts. I have my brows and lip done about every two weeks
They are walk in only and there are three locations I know of — Pioneer Place, Clackamas Mall and Vancouver Mall.
I generally go downtown. The two ladies that work there are both great — they know what they are doing and will hook you up with the right shape for you.

Checked out this eyebrow threading place at Pioneer square and was satisfied with my experience. I was a walk in and waited less then 5 minutes as the Aesthetician was finishing up with another client. She listened to what I wanted and had me in and out soon. I didn’t feel rushed or anything. Good place if you are just wanting an eyebrow thread without the bells or whistles of going to a spa. Also, the ambience is nice.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP IT IS A SCAM!!! After canceling my membership over 6 months ago, with a lady who no longer works there, I was told I had an unpaid balance. The woman working was extremely nice but the customer service people on the phone were disrespectful, kept changing the amount I owed, obviously just trying to get money out of me. I repeat DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP! Just pay every time you go.

Had no idea this place was here! What a wonderful surprise. I have been looking for a threading location for months with no luck. How excited I am to find this place. Jessi dis a great job making us feel comfortable and adjusting to our wants and needs easily. The music rocked too. For all of $ 15 each well worth the money!
