Great nail salon! First time but most definitely won’t be my last, been to way too many shops and was always unsatisfied, there was always something wrong with them but the lady who worked on mine at Gateway Nails did an amazing job took her time which i loved best!

Pretty good. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Talked to us while doing our nails. Over all very good service. I’ve had better manicures, but they did very good. Very nice massage at the end of the manicure. Would definitely go again. Very upfront with added cost for things I wanted added on. Mentioned other services they did, but not too pushy about trying to get you to buy them.

Just to make a buck they rushed through my daughter and my nails only to look horrible. If you are to busy would have rather come back than pay for what we got. We will never go back

They didn’t tell me the price of their shellac prices since they only have one price on their pricing list I thought I’d only pay the 49.99 for the pedi and mani combo for the most basic one. Usually shellac is like 5 – 10 bucks more but it was 20 bucks more and I was hit with a total of $ 71 at the end. Way more than I had expected to pay. Wasn’t worth the price or the work they did. And I never get my nails done. Guess this is the reason I never get them done. And it took them almost two hours to finish a basic mani and pedi with shellac, except they gave me gel nails instead but I paid the shellac price.

I was amazed how friendly and welcoming they treat walk ins, there selection of shellac nail polishes is AMAZING. All I wear is shellac and never ever anywhere yet have I come across a collection like theirs!!! My nails maintained a shine and glitter right up to two weeks when i of course needed to go back and try a different and combinations of colors! And it was calm and clean! Ask for Heely!

If I could give a lower review, I would. Had to go back three times in one week to fix the bad job they did on my shellac manicure. This was my first time going here and last! They charged me each time to fix each nail, even though my nails would have been fine if they were done right the first time. The owner spoke to me as if I was stupid, which wasn’t appreciated. Avoid this place if you do not want a headache.

There very nice and friendly. Always a wait but that means lots of costumers so if you don’t want to wait reserve a time don’t just walk in then complain

My mom and I wanted to try a nail salon closer to home, so we decided to come here. After waiting for 50min without even letting us know that we wouldn’t be seen immediately, the owner finally came and sat down at my station. At the same time, she gave both my mom and I our manicures– mine shellac but hers regular. You can completely see through my color and there is clear shellac all around my nails. My nails aren’t even filed cleanly and they are so rough I’m going to have to go over them and fix them. I’m very disappointed in this salon.

I come here sometimes for waxing because it cheap. They do a good job but I wish their rooms had more privacy. When you’re laying for the waxing, everyone getting a pedi can see you through the glass.

I’ve been going to Gateway Nails for several years for pedicures. They are clean and professional. The massage chairs are wonderful. I always get the Deluxe Pedicure which is a little more expensive than the regular pedicure, but well worth the extra $$. They have a ton of shellac colors to choose from, but their selection of regular nail polish colors is mediocre at best.

I LOVE Gateway Nails. I always work with Lynn, who is the owner, but all of the staff is kind and courteous. At times there are waits, but I have never seen a customer wait longer than ten minutes, and I think, if you’re coming in for a pedicure, chances are you have ten minutes to spare. Generally, though, customers are seen immediately. I have been going to Gateway Nails for about four years now, and will continue to bring my business there. The staff will recommend upgrades, but they are nowhere near as pushy as I have seen other places. I go to Gateway for everything: pedicures, waxing, and solar gel nails(which are FANTASTIC and do not chip).
