Love this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. The place is always clean. Love the 3 slings and dark room. I have always left very satisfied. Good mix of ages, men (tops/bottoms). Lights out, Fur Fuck, Cum Union and special nights are lots of fun. Reasonable price for lockers, everyday locker special ²⁄₆ pm $ 2.00. Can’t beat that anywhere. Ok men, have fun and enjoy…

Great place, inexpensive and always, have a good time there. On holidays they even have catered food for the customer to enjoy. The staff is always friendly and dispite what the other post mentioned they do encourage safe sex and have several condom boxes with free condoms. I would like to see the place bigger with a workout area and a darker play area

I really wanted to like this place. I came here several times since they opened hoping things would improve and they never did– only got worse. First off when you get a room its like 4′ wide– can’t even lay down in it. I’ve never seen it busy even when there is a big event. I think the locals know to avoid this place. The other issue is half the time their hvac is not working so there’s is no ventilation and after awhile it begins to really really smell bad. Twice I thought I was going to pass out and had to leave. When I said something as I left the employee said ‘yeah a lot of people complain about that. There is no jacuzzi.
The one good thing I have to say is that the people who work there are really nice and friendly– I feel bad but the last time I went was it– I’m done unless they make some improvements.

Great Gay space in inner SW. Both steam and dry sauna, slings, outdoor smoking and lots of gay play spaces, I only wish safe play was more common here. They do have some great specials.
