Nick’s Am & Pm

I stop here for gas. Largely Latino staff. They charge .35 to run as debt and they don’t take credit. must pay inside for all fuel purchases (kinda ruff if you have kids in the car). Nice staff and the place is always open. they get goofy about the use of the bathroom of all things. they lie and say its broken if the person looks like a crack head (can’t really blame them). they have the standard convenience store stuff at the standard prices. in short they sell gas and you need to walk in to pay.

The ppl that work here are nice… and they always have fresh coffee and it’s always clean.
The only thing that sucks is sometimes in the middle of the night (I wake up early sometimes … like three or four am) their credit card machine goes out… no debit or credit… sucks because theirs is usually the most inexpensive gas around and I usually wait to the last minute and when it’s that early it’s hard to find an open gas station. This has happened to me so many times over the course of four years that I couldn’t even begin to tell you how many times I was paying for the atm (alot higher then the .45 cents they charge) because I was stuck.
But … gotta love the ice coffee :) and their cheeseburgers aren’t as bad as you would think lol… but you gotta be real hungry and put lotsa condiments on it… :) Hey what do you want for a dollar? :)
