Office Depot

Friendly welcome upon entering the store, as is typical for most office max locations. The private parking lot is nice, being around many other clustered locations that share lots. The store looks older from the outside, but is nicely kept inside

I had a computer issue today and received excellent help. While the technician determine the solution I needed he was also able to suggest ways that I might solve other tech questions I had too!

Horrible customer service… I was in a hurry to find something I needed and could get NO help.
I waited in the check out line, just to be told to go to another associate and wait. That group of employees sat there and didn’t even look my way. (Even after asking for assistance!)
Also, I wasn’t the only person waiting. The two people behind me ended up just walking out of the store, as did I. I can’t believe all the good reviews on here for their customer service after being in there myself.
I will not be coming back. Walmart or anywhere else would have been better.

The staff at this location seem to be really nice, super helpful, and care that you find what you are looking for. Great customer service, which is rare to find these days!

Really good customer service. I pointed out they had a sales price up that expired the day prior. I pointed it out to the manager who honored the old price. Great service, I left happy!

They are sort of an «anything related to the office» store, so their selection is quite broad. Since it’s somewhat warehouse like, though nice, some items are available in bigger quantities than you might want to buy. Also, it’s not an office furniture store per se, so you can’t expect the Ritz in terms of furnishings. There are stores that specialize in that.
However, for the usual purchases of stationery, ink cartridges, and other miscellaneous items, they are a very good store. I just had a situation where I needed something that should have been in the store, and it wasn’t. It was ordered for me, and the shipping fee was waived. The attitude here is consistently excellent in that they are very attentive in helping you find what you’re looking for.

Went in this morning with next-​to-​no time and one mission: print 4 pages of a Powerpoint Presentation for a lunch meeting and get out of there as soon as possible. I went to the printing counter and was helped a minute or two later (all three attendants were busy on the phone/​with other customers when I walked in) by a nice man who quickly helped me print out what I needed (in color and black). Then, we turned to wait for the cashier to open up since the other attendant was using it.
Sensing I was in a hurry, the attendant turned to me, smiled, handed me my debit card back, and said, «I’m not going to make you wait. Have a nice day, ma’am.»
I was blown away, to say the least.
Honestly, I’m sure Office Depot didn’t lose out more than $ 1 or $ 1.50 AT MOST from that transaction, but the counter attendant’s fantastic customer service made my day. I plan on going back for any future printing needs, for sure.
