This guy flunked. Had printer a week. Bought refill black ink. Bad idea ruined printer. I think part was the ink clogged it up. Terrible should be out of business

Terrible! 2 out of 5 cartridges leaked the guy went to the back and took forever to fix them(1 still leaks). He made me wait after I said never mind, I don’t want to wait(he took my stuff into the back so I had to wait). He said 100% guarantee but when I went back with the leaky cartridge(5 minutes later) he said no he would not take it back, but he would take it into back room to «fix» again. All of the cartridges look awful. Tape on them, goobers of hot glue, etc. let’s use these and screw up our printer, ya? I can’t even explain how bad the service was!

Had to write a review for this place, a true gem in Clackamas. It’s hard to find such great service and people who truly care about their customer and go the extra mile to keep them. The owner is an old school Southern gentleman, and his gracious commitment to his customers is so refreshing. I had a troubleshooting problem with my printer, and couldn’t get anything working. Not even a cleaning. So, I packed up my printer and cables and took the whole thing into Rapid Refill Ink to see how they could help me. I’d been a customer for several years, usually just for the yearly ink refill or two. On this occasion I had more trouble then I knew with my printer. The owner ran some tests, replaced a faulty black cartridge(his own dime), and only charged me for a color cartridge. After that he found a few other small problems so I waited 15 minutes or so, and he had cleaned and fixed my printer without any charge. I was so thankful. It’s just very rare these days that you get that kind of service, and an owner who stands behind his business and products. I’m sure we’ve all had similar experiences where it’s «our» fault as a customer for having dared enter their store. Quite the opposite here. I highly encourage anyone to give these folks a try. It saves you a lot of money, and time spent aggravatingly trying to figure out what’s wrong with your printer at home. Thank you Rapid Refill Ink, for being a fine example of customer service. I will be back for sure!
