This was my first laundry spot in Portland when I moved here almost 7 years ago. Then I chose a little spot off of Foster by the Dollar Tree and(Sav-on) *sp. foods place. Once the closer spot shut down I was back at the old laundry grounds washing away. Depending on the day and hours you can have a small crowd inside or no one around. Free wifi and the ability to sit alone for the most part is what keeps me coming back. The occasional tweaker can be spotted but they tend to keep their distance from me. All in all, a fine place to do laundry, and open till 10PM!

I’ve been coming here for over a year and this place has really turned itselfs around. I like coming here over places like Belmont Eco Laundry because it’s more affordable, not as packed, better parking, and better people. They have great hours(6 am-10pm) and are open everyday(even holidays). Which is great for working class people ;) They have things to keep you entertained like TV and Wifi. HOWEVER: they do not have a restroom. Although, I can’t blame them, having a public restroom on 82nd is nothing but trouble. Just keep that in mind. I have never had any problems leaving my clothes unattended here, have never had any issues with any washing machine or dryer, and have never found this to be an unsanitary place. Always clean, always fast, and always friendly!

I went in on a Monday around 2:30 and hardly anyone was in sight. There were plenty of open washers and dryers that were all decently clean and an alright amount of seating w/a couple tables. A single TV played Dr. Phil the whole time which was a little obnoxious but bearable. They have a nice deal where mornings mon-fri are $ 1.25 to wash, or regularly $ 1.75. I’ll definitely make a point to come earlier in the day. My only real complaint was that there was a tweaker in his mid 40’s staring at me EVERY time I glanced his way. As a slim 18yo woman who was alone it was pretty uncomfortable. I spent the whole time staring at my computer, which, another plus, was using their free wifi. Over-all I liked the laundromat, just not the tweakers.

Incredibly packed on weekends! You have to wait until machines open up to get your laundry in, the tweekers outside dont bother me but when they loiter inside and talk to themselves while sitting next to you its not so comforting.

Clean and convenient — the owners added some lock boxes so people can get refunds whenever they have time to go back, and a door code to some closet where they keep clothes people left, same deal. I’ve called and left a message on their voice line and they called back within a few minutes to give me a refund on the food vending(sometimes that doesn’t drop, which is kind of annoying, but if you get your 75 cents back right away it’s no big deal. plus cheaper vending than i’ve seen anywhere else, 75 cents soda and food). Some big machines too, helps to get lots of clothes done in one go. Very clean, which I really appreciate! Great hours and the machines work well.

This place was ok. I got there before the crowd, so I was able to get my own section with 4 washers; however while I was moving my clothes to the dryer someone was right behind me, ready to use my washer… Creepy. This part of town is a little sketch, and $ 1.75 per load is still pushin it.

I agree. Everything I need: plenty of reasonable functioning washers & dryers, change machine, parking lot, soap machine in case I forget(doh). Totally clean, adequate, and fine. Just barely enough seating, and restaurants on both sides so it makes me feel like I’m doing something special, not having lame laundry time, if I get take-out and watch a soap opera(or, sigh, do homework) while my clothing spins around.

One of the cleanest laundromats I’ve ever been too. Lots of washers and dryers. Even the patrons were normal and friendly. No creepers here!

Clean, efficient, simple. Video games, a tv on-site. Change machine was a little finicky but overall very nice. I would come back. It felt nice-ish and safe. Happy hour from 6am to noon monday thru fri, saves you $.50 a load on washers. Nice little café nearby. Next to Food 4 Less on Powell.

Just tried this laundromat tonight, as I had to do my laundry late on a Sunday, and my usual, the Cleanery, closes early. Pros: –Very very clean, which I really appreciate. –Plenty of counter space for folding clothes. –Great hours: 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week! –The TV was on but was muted, which I prefer, so I can read in peace. Cons: –Most of the dryers are the small modern kind that DONOTDRYWELL. It took way too long to dry, and finally I gave up and moved it all to one of the 4 big industrial dryers that really do the job. Unfortunately, these are much in demand, and only accept .50 at a time. –There aren’t enough of the carts to move your laundry around, especially since some people consider them theirs throughout their stay at the laundromat. –There are very few of the larger washers for large loads like sheets and blankets. –The place was very crowded. –There aren’t many seats. –There is NOBATHROOM. Major drawback in my book. Overall, it was a little bit of an annoying experience, especially the dryer situation. But the fact that it was clean was a big plus. And the hours are great.

This place is clean, which I really appreciate. A wash in the standard(front loading) washers is $ 1.75 and it’s $.25 per 7 minutes of drying. The machines are plentiful, clean and in working order. The dryers dried fabulously. I did a load of towels and jeans both for only 45 minutes and they were dried through and through. There’s a nice flat screen t.v. and the standard vending machines. There’s nothing fancy or special about this place, but it’s clean and reasonably priced. It’s also next to Payless, an asian fusion restaurant and a coffee shop, all worthwhile places to while away the time while your clothes are bathing and drying. Only 4 stars because of lack of places to sit. There are about 6 chairs in the entire place. I sat in my car most of the time!
