Dr Rob might practice some form of dark arts that men know not of. I’ve been here a handful of times and always feel great the next day. Also, he doesn’t try to bullshit you and tell you you gotta come back week after week. Also, he’s a chill dude.

Dr. Rob does incredible body work. Even though I don’t live nearby, I go out of my way to see him. The entire operation is smooth, the staff is great, and I highly recommend him.

Doctor Rob is the best chiropractor I’ve been to in 15 years. I’ll never go to anyone else again for adjustments! Location is convenient, free street parking, easy to make appointments. relief from adjustment lasts so much longer than other chiropractors i’ve been to. Dr. Rob focuses on treating muscle support too, not just a quick back crack. Highly recommend.

Comment from Doctor: «Being open on a weekend is an extra bonus that I graciously offer to my patients» And this is why I will NEVER give this place another try. Would you like us to grovel in appreciation? Previous Review: Called this place in desperation from the most severe piriformis sciatic flare up and it was one of a few places open on Sunday. I called early and left a message. Once they were open I called again, three times, and no one answered. Finally got a phone call today with zero apologies. Never will even try this place.

I came to this clinic in a fairly hopeless state of mind after an automobile accident. Dr. Rob and his crew were not only supportive of me, but actually advocated on my behalf so I could get the care that I needed. Everyone here is lovely, talented, and skillful, but I especially loved my adjustments with Dr. Rob Bodner, my massages with Sarah McLaughlin, and my acupuncture treatment with Cayley Christensen from Organic Acupuncture(housed in the same building). All of these wonderful people helped me heal my body and I am now in recovery and back to my normal activities. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of some good healing. And the adorable dog, Buddy, doesn’t hurt the atmosphere either.

Dr. Rob is amazing. I have had back issues for years, and nerve damage to my hands that has caused a lot of problems for me and my daily life. My friend recommended Dr. Rob to me after I moved to another part of town and my former chiropractor was almost a 45 minute commute. I could not be more pleased. He listens to what I have to say, has great advice for home care, and his adjustments are wonderful. I am all about drug-free pain relief, and that is exactly what Ridgeline offers. Also, Buddy. Buddy is Dr. Rob’s dog, and he is there sometimes. Buddy is lovely, sweet, and a great way to be greeted when arriving for an appointment. :)

I just can not say enough good things about Dr. Rob and his team! Every time I come out of the clinic I feel like a new woman! They work with me due my crazy schedule and I SO appreciate the flexibility! I typically call when I’ve tweaked something and they do what they can to accommodate me. Always a friendly, compassionate group! Thank you!

I went to Dr. Rob’s office in 2012 when I was recovering from a bike(me) vs. automobile accident. He was incredibly helpful and informative, and his massage therapist on staff at the time was also incredible. I have complete trust in Dr. Rob, he answered all of my questions thuroughly, and even took the time to talk shop with me when I decided that I wanted to attend Massage school. I would highly reccomend his adjustments to anyone who is need of realignment!

I walked in on a Monday at 9AM with a fairly ignorant fear of chiropractors, only having seen adjustments on reality TV — don’t judge. Dr. Rob did more than quell my fear, he made my body feel ‘right’ again. It’s incredible what a difference an adjustment made to parts of my body I didn’t even know needed relief. I’ve since been back for a massage — which was heavenly — and a quick check in with Dr. Rob who did some minor adjustments. Something tells me he’s a perfectionist, which is one of my favorite qualities in… well, anyone that’s cracking my body on a table. I’m so thankful that I have a killer chiropractor to recommend in Portland and I will definitely be passing him name around.

This review only reflects the chiropractic care portion of the clinic. I’m going to start off by admitting that I messed up. Yes, I missed my first appointment which is not something I normally do but it happened nonetheless. Upon realizing this I apologized and owned up to my mistake and rescheduled the appointment right away. When I arrive I am met by a gentleman who’s less than welcoming. Even before a formal or pleasant greeting/introduction, he lets me know that he is going to charge me $ 40 for missing my first appointment. He states that he normally wouldn’t but in this«case» he was so put out that he had no choice. His unforgiving nature and unwelcoming attitude prompted me to pay my fee and wash my hands of his services.(A fee that I honestly didn’t have to pay because I hadn’t even signed the waiver yet, but I paid anyway.) I do not want to associate, let alone be worked on, by a man such as him. Not only did he lose my respect, he lost a potentially loyal client who would have had multiple visits. It’s unfortunate that things worked out this way, but I for one am actually thankful that I saw his true nature from the start rather finding out later. I’ve learned that I should make reminders so such occurrences are avoided in the future. And my hope is that he will learn that one of the best things we can do as fellow human beings is to forgive.

I had been experiencing hip pain that was radiating into my leg and back for almost 2 years, post-partum. After seeing another chiro, and a few different PTs, I saw Dr. Rob. After just 2 visits with Dr. Rob, I was pain free. It feels short of a miracle, as I was beginning to think I’d have to live forever with the pain.Dr. Rob did a combination of adjustments and accupressure on me. I think it was the accupressure that did the trick. I never write reviews, but I feel it’s the least I could do for someone who has relieved me of so much pain.

I am a traveler with scoliosis and need constant adjustments. I have visited many chiropractors all over the country and can say without a doubt Dr Rob is the best by leaps and bounds! I just wish I could take him with me! Everytime I’m in Portland I will be coming back! His«accupressure» technique is simply miraculous. Also he and the staff are great and the office is very comfortable. The best!

I have been receiving chiropractic care for over a decade, and Doc Rob is definitely a practitioner I will continue to seek treatment from. As a massage practitioner myself, I greatly appreciate his background in massage. Soft tissue work is so important! Doc Rob is also an active individual which means he understands my aches and pains from running, lifting, etc. plus he’s very personable and fun to talk to. And, I love his dog, Buddy — what a cutie! I have received great adjustments every time from Doc Rob, and highly recommend him to my clients and everybody!

My experience with Dr. R is that he was only interested in how much he can charge me and my insurance. Had a massage with one of his massage therapist, so so.

Dr. Rob is incredibly calm, patient, and compassionate, while also being enthusiastic about his practice. He does whatever he can to help me. I’m a little nervous about chiropractic and he has a wonderful way of working with me that calms my nerves. I love the combo of massage and chiro(as well as craniosacral!), as he has a feel for both soft tissue and bony structures. Also, he is always sure to follow treatments up with general exercises to help the client«maintain» the adjustments he has given. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, I appreciate this aspect of his care. I’ve recommended him to many of my friends, who have also had incredible experiences in his hands!

I have been visiting Ridgeline Clinic sinced it opened. While I love the fact that the clinic is in an old house right on Division, I continue to frequent it because of the thorough and consistent care of Dr. Rob. He takes the time to get to know his patients and you never feel rushed through an appt as I had at previous chiropractors. He is knowledgeable of his work and always sends me home with an exercise or two that I can continue to do between appts. Although I recently moved away from SE Portland, I will still make sure that my monthly chiropractic and massage appts are at Ridgeline.

I came to Dr Rob in January to avoid a second surgery on a knee injury and within a few short weeks of seeing him I was able to cancel the surgery. It’s now been 6 months since our first meeting and I’m about 90% to full recovery. I could not have made it this far without his diligence, care, and encouragement to helping me hit my goal. I also had Rob treat my son for a back injury that he had been in physical therapy sessions for a couple months. After a few sessions with Rob my son was completely healed and has not had back pain since.

I have always been weary of chiropractors, so when I was in a car accident that left me with back pain, I was not thrilled when the doctor I went to recommended massage and chiropractic therapy. Some women in my office highly recommended Doc Rob so I checked it out. When you walk in to the old house turned office, there is a personal greeter named Buddy — a wiggly lab mix that is always excited to see you! After sufficiently petting Buddy, you’re greeted by a person who is just as friendly. The office is very calming and inviting. After my massage, I told Doc Rob that I was really nervous about getting a chiropractic adjustment and he was very cool about it. He talked me through everything and explained what he was doing and why. I also couldn’t believe it when he said he doesn’t believe in over-adjusting, because I had always thought of a chiropractor as someone who always wanted to crack something. Not Doc Rob. My back is almost completely back to normal thanks to regular sessions. So, if you are feeling stiff, ouchy or are in need of a relaxing massage/adjustment, go see Doc Rob! He is pleasant, funny and will make whatever is hurting feel better.

I have been to countless chiropractors over the last few years to deal with a mystery neck injury. When my neck went into spasm last week and I needed an emergency appointment, Dr. Bodner was the only one to call me back and squeezed me in right away! In three sessions, he has calmed my neck and back down more effectively and efficiently than anyone I’ve seen, and with less machinery and gadgets. He is extremely personable and approachable, and the office is warm and inviting. Prices are unbelievably reasonable and he has a massage therapist in office. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Bodner for chiropractic care. Although I am moving out of the Portland area, I will likely stop in and have adjustments when I come back and visit!

I saw Dr. Bodner while on a trip to PDX. My lower back and neck were experiencing a rather severe flare up. Dr. Rob Bodner is not only personable, he is also is a very good clinician.(I am a nurse and have seem many Chiros over the years because of my back issues.) Dr. Bodners background as a massage therapist, is an added bonus to help with soft tissue injuries. I wished I lived in the area so I could have him as my Chiropractor. I would highly recommend him.
