Awful customer service. Just awful. I have never been to this pharmacy and had my prescriptions filled correctly. When I called to check and see the status of one (which I was told to do), I was hung up on. Intentionally. The call wasn’t even heated… I don’t get it.
Anyway, I’m moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Still waiting to receive prescription… Called twice beforehand and was told it had been processed and to come in. Came in and Pharmacist then asked for insurance and said to come back in 15 minutes. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting…

Still sucks.
Wouldn’t refill my husbands prescription without his I.D.
Um– why would I have his I. D?! I have mine, we have the same last name but no– they want his. All pharmacies are developing their own beauracratic bollocks to keep people from getting at the strong stuff.
Ok fine give it out at the hospital! Develop something else for people! How can I be a caregiver if they won’t let me?
Furthermore, I respectfully submit that Safeway should ask their employees to STOP expectorating in their parking lots. I will never buy food there. Disgusting.

I have always had good experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacist (Michael?) has always been willing to take time to answer my questions and refills are always on time. I need my prescriptions to be at a national chain so that I can pick them up when I travel, but I would like my regular pharmacist to have some idea who I am as well. I switched to Safeway from Target because they were closer to home. The improvement in service was a pleasant surprise.

Exceptionally poor customer service on the phone. Called with questiosn regarding medication and insurance was immediately placed on hold by a person– after 8 minutes on hold disconnected. Called back and again immediately placed on hold for another 4 minutes– then pharmacist was not able to tell me the alternative medication covered.
