Last time I was here, there was a problem with my appt. I walk in and she’ s putting a weave on a client. She says that she left me a message. I didn’t get the message because she wrote down my number incorrectly. She’s all «well can you come back tommorrow?» I say no that I’ll wait. I have to go to work tommorrow. Understand that I made this appt a week in advance and left work early to get here on time. So 2.5 hours later she finally gets to my hair. She was very nice and apologized but I won’t be back. That kind of thing is totally unacceptable to me.
