Great service, fast and fair. The couple does not speak English well but they’re very good at what they do. It’s convenient and close to Lloyd center. They tailored my jeans and dry cleaned my sweaters and dresses and did a wonderful job. The price was fair and I will definitely be returning soon.

Oh, no! I brought in a beloved(and 2 months new) sweater that I purchased while living in Argentina from a designer… for over $ 200. I do not buy sweaters– or any items– for that much money. Ever. So…I take the sweater in to be cleaned, the woman looked at it, said no problem, nothing is mentioned as being an issue… I return, and my sweater is DE.STROYED. Completely destroyed. When I addressed it, as the woman was ringing up my $ 22 bill, at first she pretended to not understand– like apparently the sweater was made to look like that? THEN she looked at the tag, and said it was the manufacturer’s fault for labeling the sweater as ‘DRYCLEANONLY’…THEN she said she told me when I dropped the sweater off that it would be ruined, but I chose to get it cleaned anyway. I was not present at this alleged conversation, and at this point I was fuming– because on TOPOFITALLSHESTILLWANTEDTOCHARGEME!!! No responsibility taken for destroying a piece in my already fairly minimal 40-piece wardrobe(!!!), blaming ME, then the manufacturer, and then CHARGINGME, then agreeing to ‘give me a discount’- the woman threw a $ 5 bill at me, then went back to work, signaling that our very calm/cool/collected conversation was over. PLEASE. SAVEYOURSELVES! I really wanted to like this place, and support it, but I just cannot. Terrible. I could have saved $ 195 by wearing a dirty sweater.

Gotta agree with the negativity here, I’m really bummed this place isn’t legit since I just moved about 50yds from it. I gave several directions which were agreed to upon, such as no starch, please fold this one instead of hanging, etc… She acknowledged all off them, then when I returned two days later she acted as though she had never seen me before and disregarded everything. Totally bummed, would have been really nice to have a dry cleaner next door.

I was so excited to find a place blocks away but they gave me the wrong pants. With no tag so I couldn’t even go back and find my pants!

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I live less than a block away and will never take my business here again. They lost two hand made silk shirts and the woman did not care. She kept saying come back and are you sure this is not your shirt as she tried to hand me another shirt. I came back several times. No refund and no apology. She acted like she could not understand when I asked for a refund. This is a terrible place! Service and customer service us awful.

Zero stars. Do not under any circumstances patronize this business. Do not. The hem job I paid $ 13.00 looked like it was done by a four year old. Huge baggy loops of thread. It was absurd, almost laughable. The woman at the counter refused my credit card when I asked her to re-do the hem, repeatedly pretending to run the card. Called credit card company — guess what, no attempted charges. She just wanted cash instead. Hostile, unprofessional, downright unpleasant. Do yourself a favor, stay away.

A couple of three word phrases for you all, no way Jose, don’t do it, find someplace else, avoid at all cost. Okay, so the last one was four words, but you get the point. I recently went here because it’s so close to my home and I was in a pinch to have some jeans altered. Upon entering it seemed like a normal dry cleaning, laundry place so I wasn’t scared… yet. I pulled out the jeans I need to have shortened and showed them to the lady behind the counter. She eyeballed them, then me(who was in heels at that moment) and then started pinning the jeans to be hemmed. I freaked and asked her if she would prefer me to try them on with my flats so we knew where to hem them. She answered aloofly something like, sure or I guess. I asked her where the changing room was as she lead me to the rack of clothes in bags that moves around on a track. She parted the bagged clothes and motioned for me to go back there. I just started laughing and thought about grabbing my stuff and bolting, but again, I was in a pinch so started undressing which felt like in the open. As I zipped up I looked to the side and saw a cot with blankets, a pillow and a body indent where someone was recently resting! I came out, she pinned one leg and said to change. I had to ask her to use orange thread like on the seam because I was scared she was going to use something different. My god I knew I was taking a gamble by leaving my pants there. So I came back the next day where she handed me the pants which I insisted on trying on before I paid. I actually got to go into the bathroom this time to change and realized on the way out that the reason I got to go in the bathroom was because someone was in the cot. On the ride home and once I was home I kept smelling something funky, like old, musty, smoky, rotting smell. I finally found the source of the smell… the pants. They got hand washed ferociously, sprayed with a half bottle of feebreeze and hung to dry outside. Gross. Besides the smell that would not leave the pants for days, it turns out the pants were done right so either she is really good at what she does or I just rolled lucky number seven on that one.

Whatever you do, do not take your business here. I dropped off two tops to be cleaned here last week. The woman who took my clothes simply gave me a claim receipt and told me to come back on Wednesday. When I came back to pick up my clothes the same woman and a man, who I assumed was her husband, could not find one of my tops. When they finally found and brought out my second top I realized it was ruined. This was a very expensive top I had bought just a few months prior and worn only two times. Formerly, it was covered in beads around the neck, however, now nearly all the beads were missing or loose and the seam on the bottom of the shirt was undone in most places. I was immediately upset and became more upset when the woman started to say«I told you no guarantee». I told her she had absolutely not said that or there’s no way I would have left my new $ 60 top for her to clean. She proceeded to show me her copy of the claim ticket which had something like«noguar» illegibly scribbled it. As my claim ticket was a copy there was no way I could have read what these words were. Not to mention she absolutely did not tell this to me in person! I began to argue with her claiming this was extremely unfair and I wanted a refund for my new top. Her husband came out and claimed there was no way it was a new top and I was not telling the truth as the seam on the bottom had come undone. I tried to tell them this was their doing since I had only worn the top twice but he didn’t believe me. After arguing with them for sometime she offered me store credit but I denied it since there is NO way I will ever trust this place with any of my clothes again! Save yourself your money, energy AND clothes and do not use this dry cleaner!
